Zero star. Total scam. Paid for product which was never sent, any emails I sent were ignored. Total scam

Wish I had read the reviews, the order was from China, the dresses are god-awful - cheap like they came from a dollar store and yeah, they say you have to ship back to them on your dime. WORST!!

Extremely disappointed - they are not Canafian store, they ship your orders from China. It takes a long time, and if you got a wrong item, they just say you can return it back to China at your expense ! Don't buy from them !

Not based in Toronto. Garments are shipped from China and are not the materials advertised. I ordered a wool jacket and two mohair-wool cardigans. Everything that arrived was acrylic. The jacket which is supposed to be black wool is such poor quality that it is see through. The customer service is obviously frustrating. They have nothing to do with Toronto, or Canada. Nothing is going out of business - its just a way to rush you to a purchase. They offer you a full refund only if you ship items back which wouldn't be worth the cost.

This company is a complete scam. There is nothing about this company that says Toronto or has ever been in Toronto. The items are manufactured and shipped from China nothing is as pictured, the material is garbage, no buttons on garmets . Please read the fine print and do not order from this company. If you need to return an item you are responsible for the shipping costs to China!!!!. Probably a fake return address . BEWARE and protect your credit card , do not fall victim to this scam

I wish I’d done some research before ordering. There is a Chinese company pretending to be a Toronto boutique. I ordered a pair of boots believing they were coming from a Canadian company; after weeks of waiting, the boots arrived and they are total garbage. They look nothing like the photos and are certainly not “premium leather”; they have shiny plastic toes and are pleather. When I tried to return them, my emails were handled through somewhere called Avery Boutique. I was told that I could pay to ship the boots back to China, where they would be inspected and I still might not receive a refund or I could accept 10% back and keep them. What a waste of money. Total scam.

I ordered a leather blazer in size X-Large. About 2 weeks later a parcel arrived via the US. I suspect it came from Asia. It contained a plastic jacket in a size that at best was X Small- there were no labels on the item. Following a series of emails to the organization about the situation they sent an email offering me a refund of 10%. To my way of thinking this is a fraud.
I strongly recommend that you not order anything from this organization.

They claim it’s a real company and they are but they have nothing to do with Toronto, which is in their name. And they not have a working phone number. They sell no-name poor quality clothes that look like they’re made from a cheap factory in china. The order came but what a waste of my money.

Misleading....items are completely misrepresented on the website. Garbage!

This is a Chinese factory pretending to be a Toronto business. Same scam as Elegance Toronto. Junk merchandise and if you want to return something you must send it to China which costs more than the refund. They’ve been doing this scam for years - they just charge the name. Stay away!!

Ordered a couple of sweaters and a jacket, mostly cause I needed some new winter stuff and figured I’d give this place a try. And honestly, way better than expected. The sweaters are thick, not too heavy and comfy. The jacket is solid too, and actually blocks the wind. Everything fits great, feels like good quality. Shipping was ok too

Not gonna lie, I was kinda annoyed at first cause they sent me the wrong size. BUT I messaged customer service and they answered extremely fast, got the right one sent out the same day. And the jacket itself? Really good. I’ve been wearing it on hikes and it’s actually windproof, which a lot of jackets claim to be but aren’t. So yeah, small hiccup but all good in the end!

A friend sent me this website and I was excited to see the deals on high quality apparel. I searched some of the items to compare prices on other websites and realized that the products are all fake. Some of the names and images are used on other websites that look exactly the same. Despite the company claiming to have existed for twenty years, the website was only registered a week ago. This is definitely a scam.
