Terrible customer service. Slow to ship the shoes.

Wrong shoes size sent and wouldn't cover return costs (which is against consumer law).

Avoid these guys, plenty of other places out there that are more reputable.

Returned shoes at my expense they said they would refund money.
Had to complain to paypal and received refund 6 weeks later.
A company is judged on after sales service.
So rubbish to deal with.

I bought COMFO from Attix Shoes, and they are one of the comfy boots I have ever put on my feet. Even with an elevation, they feel very comfortable, and I love to wear them all day. I will order another colour of Comfo soon, highly recommended.

Poor quality shoes, fobbed off with "apparent" care to rectify the issue which was they are impossible to walk in as the insole tips side to side, poorly glued in, the offered to sent out prepaid label to send them back to glue them properly, i asked for a refund instead and 2 months later and many messages im still getting ignored

Even though I ordered a pair of shoes that was in stock, they actually weren’t in stock. Company offered me a different colour which I accepted, however it was very difficult to contact them as their email wasn’t working and their phone number wasn’t working. I thought they were a fake company, however I managed to get through to them on PayPal a few days later and they did send me the alternate pair. They look nice, so I hope my dad fits them as they are his Christmas gift! Three stars due to contact difficulties. Otherwise would have been more.

Shoes were different size when they first delivered. One shoe bigger than the other. But they have sent a replacement and I did not need to pay for the return. My husband was happy with the shoes.

Nice shoes arrive promptly, and they are very comfortable to wear. I had bought trainers from this website a year ago, and now I have bought YTL suede shoes. I must recommend this website to anyone who wants to increase a few inches in their height without robbing a bank.

These shoes have transformed my life, very happy with my purchase. I have placed a second order with them and waiting for the delivery.

Ordered the “CLASQ” black square toe leather shoes for my husband for work as he’s always conscious about his height, especially around his work mates; and we were very pleasantly surprised! The shoes did indeed add 8cm to his height, which gave him a great deal of confidence; yet the shoe itself didn’t look any different to his normal work shoes, so it was a win win! Especially for the price and quality, would definitely recommend - I’ll be shopping here again!

Top elevator trainers I have ever purchased, wear them on a regular basis. Now I am going to buy a pair of formal shoes, attixshoes please keep the prices low if possible, however shoes are marvelous.
