Do not order from this company.
There customer service is terrible.
I tried to order a bra, it took months to come.
When it finally did, it didn’t fit.
Tried to get a refund, but apparently because it was more then 60 days since I placed the order I was too late!!’
It took more than 60 days for me to receive the bra!!!
This company do not reply to your emails or social media posts and do not care about you consumer rights.
Avoid at all costs, you will only find yourself out of pocket, like all the other people who have also revised this company.

Agree with Natasha's review. Received my order very quickly but unfortunately the bra is not a good fit and the design is also not comfortable. I requested approval for a return and 2 weeks later am still waiting to be able to return the item. By law I am entitled to a refund but they seem to be unwilling to respect my consumer rights. Avoid at all costs!

Had my bra fitting and ordered a bra well over a month ago.
3 week passed, still no bra, Lots of excuses about it suddenly being out of stock. Offered a different one which I accepted, been another 3 week and still no bra.
What is going on Attollo.
Don’t take orders if you can fulfil them it only breaks customer trust.
We all know about Brexit and covid, if it a problem for your company be honest customers won’t hold it against you, but poor customer service will destroy your company!

The virtual bra fitting was fab and the girls are lovely, they don’t sell you something that doesn’t fit and you don’t feel pressured to buy. Unfortunately they struggled to find me a bra to fit and due to having to pay for returns they suggested I keep all the bras and send them back in one parcel. This is where the problems started, major delays in refunding items and when I chased they stated that they would refund however have only refunded part of the order even though I returned a lot of items. I chased up to see when they were refunding the rest and no communication back at all! I think I am going to have to go through my credit card company to get my money back from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
