I never received the tickets
I never received the tickets, emailed the conpany, they said it’s my fault they sent them and I won’t get a refund.
Will never use this company again, as the tickets was not sent.

As discussed via our live chat, our records show that your tickets were successfully emailed to the email address provided at the time of booking on 17 July. We also supplied you with a copy of the original email as confirmation that it had been sent.
We appreciate how frustrating it is when expected emails cannot be located. However, as the tickets were issued and are non-refundable, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund in line with our terms and conditions.
Paris Attractions - buying tickets
My experience with the company and booking tickets to attactions in paris was efficient, cost effective. I was reasured on payment to get an email straight away confirming details. Then recieved tickets upto 10-20 minutes later. Their sight was straightforward and made the booking process hassel free, the price was competitive - especially for a savvy shopper was again reasuring.

As discussed, when selecting the Pay in Instalments option there is an additional step to complete a quick credit check before the instalment plan can be finalised. It appears this step may have been missed during the booking process, which resulted in the full payment being taken instead.

Great company, easy to use
Great company, tickets cheaper than most websites, usually book through another website, was only £4 more expensive but booked through another website to get a deal. Happy I did, I got a confirmation email through straight away and the ticket email arrived within 30 minutes, has the Disney code too add to your account and has the instructions on the email of what to do, which is great if you have never done it before. Will be more than happy to use again and suggest.
