Very poor customer service

Made appointment when got there wasnt ask to wait in the waiting room but outside in the rain as the person was on the phone after spending 8000 dollers on hearing aids you would expect a better service , then got charged 90 dollers as hearing aids are just out of warranty , time to look for a note professional service

I was looked after at every step

I was looked after promptly, professionally and courteously throughout my journey from hearing test through to fitment and adjustments.

Highly professional team and a very positive experience

I have hearing loss and tinnitus as a result of Merieres. I've been working with Julie to get the best hearing aid and settings for my situation. Julie is a very professional and engaging audiologist. She has been patient and understanding as I get used to my hearing aid and always takes the time to make sure I get the best outcome from every visit.

I would recommend her and all the team at Attune Frankston
