Great Product and Easy to Install
Stops all water ingress into our store room especially that which runs down and underneath the doors. Great product supplied with all the materials required to install, including black sikaflex. Not the cheapest but better quality than those available locally. Product shipped from UK. Used a chisel and hammer to cut to shape of door jamb because Stanley knife was much harder.

Solid product, user friendly for exp. tradesmen
Laid the strip in as per instructions Friday a week ago, this past Sunday (9 days after installing) we experienced heavy storm rain. Client's garage with a backward tilting slab and a poorly installed strip-drain was previously flooding badly with mid to heavy rain. After a bit of grinding to create fall from where the strip was being installed, and installing the strip, client's garage is Garadry as a bone. Bonding product has a pretty friendly workability timeframe, but boy howdy you want to make sure you get 'er done before it starts to cure. I pity anyone who tries to remove the strip in the future.

But even tho it was heavy it was easy to install.
I would have liked it to have come with the same pieces that Garadam has that seal the edges of the drop down garage door as there is about 20 mls which water could get past
