Avoid at all cost!!!
If there's a company that over promises and under delivers, well Hyperbaric Chambers USA and Australia gets the prize! The chamber is not fit for use and dangerous as the frame is held by plastic brackets that collapse as soon as you try to support yourself while exiting the chamber.
They do not honor their warranty if any thing goes wrong because as far as they claim, their chambers are NASA technology and don't need repair or maintenance for 100 years!
We had professional technicians measure the Oxygen concentration with an oxygen meter that read 75% instead of 95-97% as promised by their warranty.
We tried to call them in Utah but they have a virtual receptionist and they never got back to us. We emailed the CEO (Chris Williams) in Australia to see if we can get the name of the parts needed to repair the issue, instead we got an email back from a person in the USA office asking us to send a video of the chambers' set up or send the oxygen concentrator back to the USA for repair.
We explained that the chamber is our property and that we have our own technicians that will fix the issue. All we needed was the name of the part required to fix the problem but they would not cooperate.
I strongly recommend that you don't buy from this company as their product and after service is a night mare.
