Don’t be fooled
The company has a return policy that states:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
• Items must be in their original packaging
• You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
I emailed to advise I wasn’t happy with the product. It’s took a VERY long time to receive the item. And once received I found that it wasn’t form fitting to my shoulder and the massage wasn’t good at all within the device. I reviewed response that I was unable to return the item as I tried it on.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Product doesn’t fit well and takes a long time to receive and it isn’t a great machine like it’s made out to be. Really poor quality.
