I never write bad reviews but unfortunately this one deserves it.

I was excited to collaborate with Aubrielle House for a new watch because I’d love to support SMBs.

According to the website, you are supposed to get 2 watches + other merchandise at new cost( mind it, it says only 50 people) so technically if I didn’t make the cut for it, it shouldn’t have shown up in my order to begin with.
However, that being said, the 2 watches I selected, one of them was incorrect.
When I reached out to customer service for it, I was told
“ Please note that product images on our website are provided for reference purposes only, and slight variations may occur due to photography limitations” which I think is absolutely ridiculous because if people are choosing from the website you have listed, they expect to get that exact product.

It wasn’t a slight variation, it was a completely different watch altogether. When I asked for the refund. They expect me to pay for shipping when they are the ones who delivered the wrong item! Instead of sending me the right item again, they conveniently emailed me the above.

DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.

Worst experience ever, don’t order from this company. Its a scam. I received wrong order and the quality of the watches is very very poor, almost like plastic . Customer service is no help at all

Product never arrived. Kept saying it was ‘in transit’ but never arrived and no refund offered. Scam.

I would not recommend this company.

I placed an order on 27 May for the Buy One Get One Free offer, along with the 5-year anniversary gift promotion that included sunglasses and a bracelet. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email after that no shipping updates, no dispatch confirmation, and no communication regarding the status of my purchase.

I attempted to contact the company by emailing the address provided in the confirmation email and by submitting a message through their website. Unfortunately, I received no response at all.

The only positive outcome was that my bank was able to refund the payment. The complete lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing. It’s a shame because I was genuinely looking forward to receiving the watch, as it looked really nice.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

I ordered the Oceana Watch during the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer and had a great experience. The watch looks elegant, feels lightweight, and is easy to style with everyday outfits. The offer was clear, delivery was tracked, and I’m really happy with my order.
