Absolute rubbish. Cheap and nasty quality.
Requested a refund as the shoes I received were a different style and size to what I ordered.
Lisa emailed back promptly and her communication has always been prompt but only offered me a partial refund or I can send the item back at my cost. The post shop said $70 to ship back to China so I thought the only way I’ll get some money back is by accepting the partial refund of 25%. I have received the $33 back thankfully but still $100 out of pocket and the shoes are going straight in the rubbish bin.
Do not buy off this website. I’m ashamed I fell for the scam.

I received the boots I ordered. Nothing like the picture in the website. Straight from China. Not weather as site said. I requested a refund and told I would have to ship to China at my expense or I could have a 10% refund. DO NOT SHOP AUCKLAMD AURA. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Absolutely do NOT purchase from this site. It's a complete scam. The item I received was completely different and nasty. To get a refund I would have to send to China which would have costed more that the shoes. Scum bags ripping people off.

I ordered Auckland Aura thinking they are a genuine website. The quality they show online is the absolute opposite of what it actually is. I ordered a Jacket that was priced as $300 and taken down to $99. Thinking it was going to be a good buy as the price is quiet high, so I assumed the quality is going to be good too.
The jacket arrived 2-3 weeks later, which I was ok with. The excitement to receiving a parcel quickly disappeared as the jacket I received was nothing of what I imagined it to be. The quality is cheap and the length of the jacket was not right either. I wrote to them immediately about my disappointment. I am happy to send the jacket back too but its was going to cost me more than the jacket itself as their warehouse is in China. Now they are convincing me to keep the horrible jacket and get 10% back. I mean this is the biggest scam ever. Take money from people, under deliver and pay only 10% back which might have just been the cost of the jacket itself.
I would highly recommend not to order from them. Save your time and your money.

Put an order through, probably an hour after they took my money they sent an email to say my order was cancelled as there was no products!! Still waiting for my refund!

Absolutely rubbish I thought I was buying from a local store and it came from china. The material is all cheap and the sizing is very small. To send it back will cost me around 130 so it won’t be worth it given I don’t think I will get the refund. Do not touch this!

Extremely low quality products, which do not match with pictures , and if you have to return, they will ask to send it back in China, which will cost you fortune.

Website Auckland Aura is a SCAM - they are in for financial gain and steal identity. There no Founder name Emily.it a Lie.
There has never been a company name in Auckland NZ or ever a registered name. Clothing is not as describe on the website as are China Made not even worth a dime. Not all items received - no sucn thing a 1-3 day delivery cause they are China Based. They steal your detail via Shop Pay. They have many red flags - They also use another Company Name:* Liu Changxing and will be many more we don't know about - want them shutdown. You won't get a refund; you have to pay for you own return shipping - they try anyway to lure you to acceot 15% or max 20% refund and you can keep product or opt out but not guarantee they will get anything. So BEWARE OF THEM. They only person who has Dialogue with you via email is only Lisa - she most properly change her name but use the same formatted email. signs off with not legal company icon - another Red Flag. \

The products look nothing like that on picture they are low quality very disappointed. The leather jacket is not leather.

If I could give this zero stars I would. You are not buying from an Auckland store, you are buying a super cheap terrible product from China - if you request a return they offer a 15% refund. It's almost worth taking that as my $100 jacket was going to cost $31 untracked to return or $65 tracked.

Not legit as poor quality cheap items from China being sold at elevated prices. And they don’t seem to want to honour the money back guarantee and are looking for excuses e.g. send them photos showing size label when size is not the issue but the quality of the product is the main issue. They’re not based in Auckland as the name suggests so misleading the customers. They’re slow in email responses; not sure if I’ll get a response to my last email sent today.

Been scammed by Auckland Aura also. Bummer! They are scammers using our PayPal to take money from us. Still disputing with PayPal for a refund.

Terrible. They dressed the website as genuine and exclusive. Items took over 2 weeks to arrive, I ordered 3 items all shipped individually. I only had 1 item delivered and it was shockingly terrible. Very flimsy Temu style. Chucked it in the bin. Very deceiving, absolute 100% tacky crappy flimsy quality. Don't be fooled or purchase from this company

This is a SCAM do not go near it, purchased a jacket that was "italian wool" and it is Polyester made in China, just another rip off. DONT TOUCH THEM

Too good to be true. Screams scam. Anything with city name then aura or whatever they choose is not bona fide at all. Do not touch it

They are scammers - items recieved didn’t match their website. Offered the opportunity to ship back to China at my own cost for a full refund, however shipping was $200. They aren’t Auckland based, operating out of China.

Website is false, no owner pregnant and closing down last day sale is every day!!! Not based in Auckland, shop in photo does not exist, comes from China. Nothing like the photos, absolute rubbish. Angry faces on their Facebook page but all comments are immediately deleted. Look for the angry faces. Coat I purchased was nothing like the picture at all, no lining, no drop shoulder, terrible sewing, terrible material and hole in pocket. Don't even go there....
