Auckland Bartenders Reviews

We had two bartenders make cocktails at my daughters 21st and they were amazing. The cocktails were delicious and they had great banter with our guests. Sala and Justin were amazing!

Great communication from the moment I booked, and on the day Henson showed up for our Christchurch event on time and well prepared. He made great mocktails (which is what I'd asked for) as per my choices, was friendly, obviously knew what he was doing and did it well, and checked in with us throughout (without being intrusive) to ensure everyone had drinks. I had a great experience and would recommend this service, and will likely use again.

Couldn’t pick a better team to work with!
Dan was super responsive, once deposit was made I was sent a detailed cocktail list including ingredients and how many it would serve.
We hired a mixologist for an intimate hens party and he was a hit! He was able to improvise on the night and make cocktails guests had asked for (probably not included in the package but goes to show great customer service). Can’t wait to use them again!

We hired a bar staff and servers for my father’s 70th and found the whole process really easy from booking to on the day. They were punctual and well presented and helped our evening run smoothly. Thanks

The two bartenders we had for my birthday were superb. Made excellent cocktails, easy to deal with and everyone enjoyed the delicious drinks.

I recently used Auckland Bartenders for a 40th Birthday Party and they were fantastic. The comms were great in terms of pricing and what was provided, everything was easy to sort. The two bartenders were great, friendly and proactive. The cocktails were delish. I would definitely recommend

We had two Cocktail bartenders work our event and they were just brilliant. Ontime, super friendly and super professional dealing with our party. They really made the event super special, I can't thank them enough.
Communication right from the start was spot on and they gave us, so many great tips and tricks to make our event run so smoothly.
It was a great experience all round.

These guys were awesome, affordable, great service, and the barman was so good, highly recommended.

Great option for a hens party. Great cocktails, happy and helpful bartender. He even stayed longer to make sure we weren’t rushed! Would absolutely do again.

We hosted a 50th birthday party at home recently. Right from first communication the process was easy and professional. We paid a deposit and then paid the remainder to our bartender on the night. Our bartender arrived exactly on time. She was lovely and friendly, she worked really hard for 4 busy hours without a break making cocktails. I would happily recommend Auckland Bartenders.

I hired two bartenders (in Christchurch) after intial emails with the organising company to book it in they allocated a Bartender called ‘Tom’ he made contact to work through details with me and turned up as discussed with his colleague and made lots of drinks for everyone, they helped getting glassware cleaned between their busy rounds, this was for a 40th with approx 50 people. Was perfect for my event.

We had the Auckland bartender Mohit come to our house for cocktail making for my friends hens, it was great, Mohit was awesome and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it 😊

Barman Tom was easily contactable. I was sceptical because of talk of scammers but it was definitely not a scam. He turned up on time, made amazing cocktails after giving me ideas of what to have and stayed 1/2 an hour overtime without cost to make sure all allocated cocktails were made. Very happy with service. Christchurch area.

The booking process was essy and the member who organised it was very responsive. Once we had our bartender was assigned he gave us a call and chatted to us about which cocktails would work best for our needs. Our bartender’s were fantastic! Super friendly and helpful. During the class they split us into groups so we make them together which was awesome!! (as I had been to previously classes were only 2 could make at the time and took ages. The cocktails were delicious, they made it fun and everyone loved it!! Would highly recommend having a bartender come out to you as you can make the space your own

We had an absolutely fabulous time.
Really impressed with how it was all set out. I wasn’t sure at first how it would run but between each cocktail we were able to play a game or two before returning to make the next one.

Will definitely be recommending to friends and family for future events!

I found my experience to be adequate for my requirements. It would be great if the website had more information on it as being quite inexperienced I would of liked more information on cocktails that work best at parties etc. The initial contact was good. I paid the deposit months in advance, however communication was lacking slightly after that. I was put in contact with my mixologist about a week out from my party, and was able to talk to him about what cocktails would work and timing etc. He arrived slightly late due to a prior engagement running over time, but it wasn't an inconvenience. He was a really nice guy and everyone commented on his service. The cocktails were great and made quickly. I was happy to pay him on the night. Overall I was very happy.

BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Overseas scammer. You might have staff turn up but they are unvetted and unprepared. This company is not a NZ based company or legitimate staffing agency!!!! They take CC deposits and phish for locals on facebook pages to take the jobs, that's why you have to pay staff cash. If they can't find anyone or that random person pulls out you're left with no service and no deposit refund.
You don't know the person turning up is trustworthy if they turn up at all!
The phone number is not a legitimate phone number and is uncontactable.
You will be ghosted or they threaten you if you call them out on poor service.

5 star reviews here are not legitimate.
DO NOT ENGAGE!!!!

This was an easy company to deal with. All via email which helped me when I was working to organise a social club event for my colleagues. We got to choose 3 yummy cocktails, mocktails too and had so much fun making them! Andre arrived on time - was friendly, helpful and knowledge - telling us a few facts about each cocktail. It did seem a bit rushed with the timing - it is a lot to drink 3 cocktails in 60/90 minutes but my colleagues had such a great time! Andre brought glasses too and had everything ready for us. Would highly recommend this for a social club event! They come to your office so it's super easy!

Andre our bartender was so great! He arrived right on time and had prepared all the ingredients, even glassware for the cocktails. We got to choose 3 cocktails and Dan from Auckland bartenders also kept in touch throughout the booking process with really good information on the packages they offered. We chose the mixologist class and the girls had so much fun making the cocktails. Andre was super friendly, funny and patient with us. Thanks again!

Not a real company! Beware! They take your deposits and ghost you!
