The pickup location had no signage - nothing; slightly on the sketchy side. Add signs, arrows, indicate where to park, and the entrance. Consider an addition a sign on Umbria too.

I find nearly all of the auction sellers to be cordial and accommodating of reasonable requests. I routinely will purchase items because these professionals do a great job in trying to be as factual as possible, and provide the customer with a good experience.

I love this site but feel the pick up…
I love this site but feel the pick up times need to be more flexible. Sometimes, when you have kids, they have activities on Saturdays, and Sunday for many is hard. Just my opinion. The people's auctions I go to are great and flexible!
