Cost of shipping items makes it not worthwhile to place bids. Also a necklace arrived broken and was not shown as such in photo on bid page. You charge immediately and buyer beware means refunds won’t be issued. I don’t want to waste my money.

This was my first AuctionNinja
This was my first AuctionNinja experience. Overall, it was pleasant. The items are varied and photos are clear. I would prefer a more detailed description of many of the items on the auction site. Some are missing dimensions, brand name, color. Bidding is straight-forward and accurate.
My pick-up went well, very friendly workers. There was a glitch with scheduling but that was resolved before long.

I submitted my resale certificate when I opened my bidding account and Auction Ninja still charged me tax. There was no issue with my tax form and no one contacted me. In my experience, Auction Ninja has terrible mismanagement.
