Same thing on two different auction website. one is closed and one showing still two more days.

3 month ago I purchased a car in the 5 digit € area. 1 day before pick up i got phoned the car is not ready and it will be delivered to me 2 weeks later, it never arrived.
They are using sub-sellers and one obviously is bankrupt now.
now they are trying to get out of it. Cannot recommend

no support for the costumers!
if you call, they invite to write mail, if you write mail, they don't answer....
I've bought two excavators, 10 days for have informations about the load, than I anticipated 1 days the pickup (It wouldn't happen if the informations arrived earlier) and nobody want to load the machines, at the office they look like bureaucrats, nobody want help the costumers.

Bought a car in auction about a month ago, pictures with very shady quality, the add said the car was operational and running. When the truck loader went to pick up the car, battery was nearly dead, couldnt have it working, had to boost it to load it on the truck, which is ok. When i received it, the car was not according to pictures, there were wires coming under the steering wheel from the engine compartment and there was a push button loose next to the gear stick to start the car, the car didnt start normally with the key, had to push that hanging button. I put it on the mechanic to fix it and its now operational. However i made an inquiry about the document of belgian registration for more information since deel II barely has any specs of the car on it, like power etc and i complained about the button to start the car, it was not in the pictures provided in the add or mentioned. And the reply i got was shocking, instead of an excuse and sorry for this or that, the answer was the car was loaded on the truck by itself, and that the push button was an "alarm add on" lol and all terms had been met, i wasnt even trying to go back on the deal, the car is already paid for. But the reply is a demonstration of how they normally operate, if the car has any real problem, like a broken engine, oil leaks, whatever it is, keep in mind when buying from this website, the engine might be near dead, there could be oil leaks or problems, as soon as it runs 10 meters to load in the truck its your responsability, there is no check whatsoever to the condition of the cars they sell and the behaviour, please avoid this website

Never buy anything from them. I bought a car and the pickup address was wrong. When I asked for directions and the seller's phone number to contact him they refused to give it. They actually sold the same car again before I even loaded it.
They sell the same thing many times and don't give it to anyone. I actually kept copies of the links because as soon as I reported the incident to the local prosecutor they took down the ad.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Two experiences, both terrible. First a trailer, which they delivered without a back, second a leaf blower they described as working order, i picked up the box, opened it, half of it is missing including the carburettor and some pipes, contacted them, they refuse to reimburse. Never again.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from this company.

They list an auction to close after working hours, then within 5 mins of the auction due to close, the auction then extends for another 20 minutes. It was late in the evening before the auction closed.

Then they provided us with the wrong country collection address.

Then when I chased for the official paperwork to export the machine, they just laughed down the phone.

When I asked them direct questions in an email, they refused to answer, again and again.

Then they sent an out of date Chamber of Commerce certificate allowing the item to be exported.

Eventually a month later we got the item we purchased, but I will never buy from them again.

It's good that I found the many terrifying descriptions of the company in time! That's how I probably got away with being scammed too! You have to be careful, they immediately threaten you and threaten you with a lawyer. Only shop here if you're brave 😂

I bought a loader but it is in a very bad condition. The hydraulic pump responsible for the loader's drive is broken. I did not look at the equipment before the auction but the auction said that everything works, has anyone pursued claims with this company or is it a waste of time. I feel cheated and disappointed, the company seemed to be fine. My email is cupekxyz()wp.pl

Lists the same item again and again until they get the price they want, whilst you are bound to pay while they think about it. To operate that way, just put a reserve price, but don't waste people's time.

I recommend that anyone who wants to buy here read this very carefully.
Be very careful with this company! Very unfair company. I tell them my story.
I am a foreign dealer, so I could only look at the pictures of the tractors online and read the description they wrote about them.
In May 2024, I bought 7 Japanese tractors at 3 consecutive auctions. For each of them, the status is written as starting, working and performing all functions.
I sent a trailer for the tractors.
The tractors have arrived.
3 of the 7 tractors had a complete engine failure. One had a complete loss of compression in two of the three cylinders. The other one could indeed be started, but the bearing was faulty and thus the crankshaft was faulty. Anyone could hear this when the engine was running if they had ever started a machine. The third emitted such smoke after starting that the old trains did not smoke like that.
Of the remaining four tractors, one of the entire rear hydraulic systems was faulty, it did not raise or lower.
That left 3 tractors that were really fine.
I contacted the company with the errors.
The first time they replied that they would forward my problem to the after sales department.
Since then they have never responded to any inquiries.
As I've read since then, a lot of customers did this. It's a shame I didn't know this earlier. The repair of the four defective tractors ended up costing nearly 6,900 euros.
I have contacted a lawyer and am suing this company.
It is unacceptable that they publish a false technical description of the machines, and this is not an accident but a deliberate deception.
I recommend that you only buy anything here if you physically go there, see it and try it on.
But the machine will not be yours after all. They raise the auction amount, not the other buyer! So you often bid unnecessarily for hours. Then the machine is re-listed at the next auction at a low price, instead of starting bidding at the actual selling price.
I have bought many machines and cars online in Belgium, the Netherlands and France, but I have never met such a fraudulent company. I will do everything I can to stop this company from continuing!

Hopefully, I read these reviews here before buying something. If one day I win something here, I never pay for this company in advance only after reviewing the product. I realized that some of the motorcycles came back again to the auction…probably because having problems.

I purchased a Harley Davidson XG 750A Street Rod for 7700 Euros on the condition that the construction year was a 2024 but after checking it out it was a 2018, after contacting Auctionport several times with Email and the contact person was Jade Fierens, all you get from this Company are LIES and more LIES, i have been in touch with the Legal department ,still waiting for a reply they do not care about there customers at all so long as they get paid.

This Company are not sincere or trustworthy but criminals they should be closed down by the authorities, keep well away from AUCTIONPORT.

Now i must go through the courts but i know i will win because of FRAUD and false DOCUMENTATION

WARNING! Absolutely dubious company. The vehicle worth over 52,000 EUR, which we paid for 6 weeks ago, should be retained because we have threatened compensation!! The situation:
We tried to organize a pickup. The employees are extremely unfriendly and not service-oriented. Although the pickup date was announced 4 days in advance and was supposed to take place during regular opening hours, Auctionport was not able to hand over the vehicle to us. The organized transport had to be canceled. We were only given one date in the week when collection was possible. This is disgraceful and unprofessional as large transport companies have route planning and cannot load on a single day a week. After we threatened with compensation, we were informed that Auctionport was ILLEGALLY and UNLAWFULLY withholding the vehicle that had already been paid until the question of compensation had been resolved. We should contact the legal department.
The legal department has not responded for over 10 days.
In the meantime we decided to write a review to inform other potential customers about the business practices of this company
Shortly after the publication of our review, the managing director, Mr. Koen contacted us. He is threatening us now, that if we do not delete the negative review, Auctionport will not be relase the vehicle. We are being BLACKMAILED by the CEO of this company into deleting the review.

The car has already been paid for and is our legal property. There is no law in this world that even comes close to allowing you to keep someone else's property because you don't like the valuation!

But this shows what the mentality of this company is like.

As it stands now, we have to file a report with the public prosecutor and significant claims for damages will arise.
If you don't want to lose money and want to avoid hassle, don't buy from this company.
A nightmare and not recommended!

We have won and paid for a lot composed by a forklift and charger. Auctionport only sent the forklift, without the
charger and when we contacted them to try and
solve this issue they ignored us. We then sent an
email to warn them we where going to hand the
matter to our legal team and received an answer
from one of the owners mocking telling us to read
their terms and conditions form. This is the kind of
service you can expect from this company. They
basically receive your money and send only part of
what you paid for, therefore stealling from you.

of the owners Mr. Koen sent me an email
demanding I deleted my review in order to solve my
issue with Auctionport. I wonder how many more bad
reviews they would have if they didn't bullied their
customers!

Incorrect sales team. I bought a Mitsubishi mtx245 mini tractor. I indicated on the spot that the left front tire was flat and needed air. They didn't deal with it. At home, it turned out that it was so cracked that it couldn't be inflated, so rubbish... I told them, they don't understand, because the price of the tire should be refunded, because it wasn't shown in the photos!

I bought an excavator, presumably in good working condition.(machine starts, drives and performs all functions) Nothing of this was true! Big expensive pile of junk. Photos and descriptions were deliberately misleading. The staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional.
I will never work with them again!

Description and preliminary information do not correspond to reality at all, such behavior is absolutely dubious. It is a mystery to me how such a company can even survive in the market.
Anything is promised to get you to bid.
If you then win the LOT and have paid, then suddenly everything is different.
Do not rely on the description, or on promises.
No more contact possible, no feedback, the staff (Britt) then ignores you, absolutely dubious!!!
Only bid if you have the chance to examine the item on site, otherwise keep your hands off, otherwise the money will be gone.

Beschreibung und Vorabauskünfte entsprechen in überhaupt nicht der Realität, absolut unseriös so ein verhalten. Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie sich so ein Unternehmen überhaupt am Markt halten kann.
Es wird alles mögliche versprochen, damit Du ein Gebot abgibst.
Falls Du dann noch das LOT gewinnst, und bezahlt hast, dann ist auf einmal alles anders.
Verlasse Dich nicht auf die Beschreibung, oder auf Versprechungen.
Kein Kontakt mehr möglich, kein Feedback, die Mitarbeiter (Britt) ignoriert Dich dann, absolut unseriös!!!
Biete nur, wenn Du die Chance hast die Sache vor Ort zu begutachten, ansonsten Finger weg, sonst ist das Geld weg.

It’s a shame I have to give 1 star to write this review as Auctionport doesn’t even deserve a -10. Don’t ever buy on auctionport!! They are the biggest con artists out there!
Bought a forklift in good working condition or so they said. Upon arriving of the forklift, the first thing that didn’t work were the lights (ok I can live with that as we don’t really need them) but on the pictures on the site the forklift had working lights… when we wanted to work with it it worked for the full 15 minutes after that it just stopped driving forward. I contacted the auction where I got the answer there’s nothing wrong with the forklift and we should have tried it at the viewing day. When I mentioned it just stops working when the machine is warm we could never have seen that at the viewing day as you don’t drive it there that long. The machine has been worked on just for the quick sell as the gearbox is completely worn out so I have been told by a man who knows something about forklifts… it’s an older machine but with brand new pipes around the gearbox so they must have known there was already something wrong there!! It didn’t say anything of that on the description of the machine only that it drives and works. It drives but only in reverse… We just got ripped off by Auctionport and will make sure nobody we know will ever buy anything on there. Hopefully the people who are reading this will do the same! I am not letting this go! Legal actions will be taken!!!!!
