The product, the service, the packing and the shipping were all above and beyond!

These glasses were even more beautiful then they appeared. They were a perfect gift and came in a special box that didn't really require wrapping and will be great way to store. They were delivered as promised. Definitely recommend.

I ordered wrong glasses by mistake and wrote to the company. I should have ordered wine glasses but ended up ordering and receiving spirit glasses.
I wanted to gift these to a person who only drinks wine. I wrote to the customer services department who immediately rectified the situation by sending me the wine glasses at no extra charge.
I am absolutely thrilled with these and can’t wait to gift these to a very special person. A HUGE thank you to the customer services team who went above the call of duty to help me. I will definitely order from them again.

I am very happy with my beautiful spirit glasses and with the customer service. I did have some issues but Dom and his team took very good care of me and rectified the situation quickly and professionally. I would definitely purchase from them again! Just be sure to read the descriptions carefully so you don't order the wrong item like I did.

I brought the wine cantor with the glasses and coasters for my sister’s housewarming gift. She absolutely loved them. It was very well packaged- and the picture on the website is exactly what you get. I definitely and highly recommend to get a set for yourself or give to someone you love as a gift. I’m really pleased with how my purchase went with Audacem! I had my own error in the ship to address to correct and they had to recall the gift from the shipper to correct it.
