I heard about Audacious through a…

I heard about Audacious through a friend, who jokingly suggested that maybe I would pick up the phone more if I could hear what was being said.

I'm 21 years old, and for my age I really don't use my phone very much...I am so useless at answering in fact that it's become a running joke that I may as well not have a phone at all. In the weeks after being introduced to Audacious, I put off taking the Soundcheck, but became increasingly aware that the phone calls I was making maybe weren't as comfortable as I thought.

When I finally did take the Soundcheck I was semi-surprised to find there were some significant gaps in my hearing. I wasn't initially sure whether my hearing profile was accurate, until I heard the adjusted call. The level of clarity I heard caught me off guard and I've barely put my phone down since. So much of the anxiety I attached to calling was taken away and I began using my phone more like what's considered 'normal' for someone my age.

Audacious is not something I knew I needed, but it is something that's changed my life SIGNIFICANTLY for the better. I hope others can experience the same transformation and I will definitely be recommending Audacious SIM deals to my friends and family.

Inclusive and Outstanding

As a 23 year old I am admittedly attached to my iPhone and although I have always experienced issues hearing clearly over the phone I would never consider changing to a a more medically suited mobile phone. Then a friend told me about Audacious - this mobile company that is providing SIM cards which would store my hearing profile and adapt my calls to suit my hearing.
Admittedly doubtful at first, since joining Audacious I have been amazed by the difference in the clarity of my phone calls. Just like any other provider I have been able to get a contract with data, minutes and texts but with the added bonus of personalising my calls to my hearing. The staff at Audacious are so knowledgeable on all aspects and ensure that you a fully aware of all the steps and that you sign up to the most suitable tariff for you. From there, he process of creating my hearing profile was relatively simple and similar to a hearing test that I would complete at the audiologists, and the results were saved to my profile with the click of a button. Then it was just a case of inserting the Audacious SIM into my iPhone and every call since has drastically improved. I have not had to use loudspeaker or headphones once to improve my ability to hear conversations, which is truly astonishing for me as that is how I have been taking calls throughout my life. The improved clarity offered would be enough alone for me to highly recommend this product to any individual that has experience similar issues hearing over the phone - however the beauty of what Audacious provide is that it is just a SIM card; it fits perfectly into your life without any additional equipment which is the case for most technology aimed for those with hearing loss that I have used before. This is obviously great for me as I can continue to use my iPhone but it now works better for me. Honestly, all I can say is thank you to those at Audacious because they have transformed the way I can communicate over my phone; the personalised service tailored to my hearing has helped to remove all the embarrassment, stress and tiredness that I experienced previously.
