Entreprise malhonnête attention
Entreprise proposant des pièces automobiles neuves parmi d'autres d'occasion. Une pièce neuve était proposée à la vente "Feu arrière pour VW Vento" et après l'avoir commandée et payée je reçois une pièce d'occasion parfaitement protégée et emballée mais cassée donc elle l'était déjà car l'emballage était en très bon état. Après réclamation aucune réponse de cette entreprise malhonnête. Cette entreprise ne mérite pas la confiance des internautes. Très mauvaise expérience.

Après publication de ma réclamation l'entreprise m'a remboursé la valeur de l'objet défectueux je peux donc dire que celle-ci prend en compte les réclamations et je retire donc le mot malhonnête de mon avis. Dommage qu'ils n'ont pas vérifié l'objet avant de me l'envoyer ce qui aurait évité le malentendu.
