Felt comfortable throughout. The examiner explained everything in detail and I felt confident in his explanations. He was switched on and obviously knew what he was doing and saying.

Experience was very good. Jamie explained everything that happened during the appointment and was very reassuring.

Called at branch as requested by Cardiff branch, only to find all they wanted me to do, was complete two forms something to do with a change of Company ownership. Not in a good frame of mind at that moment, as attending the branch takes more than a little arranging at my age (88).

On arrival, met at the door, shown to waiting room - called in on exact time - on test - very easy to follow instructions, patience, explanations very good and thorough de-brief with assessor.

After waiting for an appointment on the NHS which has been quite some time I decided to go to AUDIKA and I'm glad I did ,the gentleman was friendly and very thorough with the tests done,explained everything he was going to do very informative, well worth the visit.

My yearly review was done professionally and with care. The friendly approach was much appreciated. First class service!

I had the best hearing test i have ever had. It was very well put over on my condition and very well conducted and informative.
The gentle man who did my test was very thorough and very knowledgeable with put me at ease.

Curtis was a really helpful and lovely chap when conducting my Mum’s annual check. He was diligent, thorough and patient. A valuable asset to Hidden Hearing.

I arrived earlier than my appointmen time but was swiftly shown into have the wax removed. The results of which I was shown on the monitor. I was then given an audio test and my aids adjusted to the required new settings altogether a successful morning.

Esther was very thorough and professional and took time to explain everything from test results to the various types of hearing aids.

I was well received and offered a refreshment. Jamie the audiologist, informed me of the tests that he would be doing. He then did the tests and explained the results for each of them. He then told me of the way forward. A great service and highly recommended.

Hidden Hearing is great. The staff are friendly and always helpful and professional. Their aim is to ensure you get the best from your Hearing aids and their support package is excellent.
