Audika is a wonderful business who treats its customers as friends. Not only are the audiologists knowledgeable but they engage their customers in interesting conversations. The service they provide is of the highest quality.
From entering the premises the receptionist gives a lovely smile and makes hot drinks whilst the customer waits to see the audiologist. Very welcome on a cold day!

Booked an ear wax removal appointment at the Doncaster branch. The person at my appointment Mandy Taylor was very knowledgeable and personable, and performed a detailed check on my hearing. The removal procedure was effective and not uncomfortable, and I received aftercare advice in addition. I would definitely recommend.

Very professional. I had to take my granddaughter with me and they included her in the conversation. She loved it. I felt very happy with the service. Also being able to buy interest free for a year really helped. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly.

The staff at Audika, Doncaster are always friendly, helpful and professional. You are made to feel welcome and special. The Audiologist I have listens to me and explains the thorough hearing test and the results before updating my hearing aids. I have been wearing hearing aids for three years and life is so much better and inclusive. The TV adapter is magnificent too. I don't miss any dialogue anymore. I can highly recommend Audika. Nothing was too much trouble to make me feel comfortable whilst the test was done. Every thing was explained to me before the tests started. It certainly was a more pleasant experience than I was expecting.

The audiologist was great the receptionist was great ,What more can I say.
The audiologist( Waleed Rizwan) at Hidden Hearing says everything: clear explanations, step by step guidance, no rushing, and then that instant transformation when the hearing aids went in. Four years waiting on the NHS is a long time to live in limbo, so finally getting proper support It feels like someone opened the world back up again.
That moment when sound comes back — birds, voices, footsteps, even the little things I forgot That I was missing — it hits you right in the chest. It’s not just hearing; it’s reconnecting.
And going back for the fitting, with the same level of care and professionalism, just seals the deal. I was clearly looked after properly. It’s wonderful that I have got the quality of life back. A proper wow factor indeed.
