Seeing the Audika sign at first in Enfield threw me a bit but actually thought it may have been a takeover and it to be honest from the first greeting from Caroline Geo Bridgit was great!!!! My dad and I were welcomed in and treated with the upmost respect and kindness!! The service was amazing and top notch all of our problems were 100% resolved and Caroline went over and above to solve my dad’s hearing aid which was basically not working.

Caroline Geo Bridgit has been absolutely amazing and deserves a huge thank you for the care and support she has given my fiance over the past year. When water accidentally got into his hearing aid box, Caroline was incredibly helpful. She arranged for it to be sent away for repair and, most importantly, provided a spare one for him to use in the meantime, which gave us so much peace of mind.

Caroline has consistently been kind, patient, caring, and genuinely willing to help. She always goes above and beyond to make sure people are looked after and supported!

Went to see Caroline at the Enfield branch today for my annual check up. She was professional and friendly, giving reassurance when needed. She introduced me to the new technologically advanced hearing aid and allowed me to walk around the Town for 15 minutes. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Caroline at the Enfield Branch is excellent. She explained everything about wax build up, showed me images of my ear canal then gently removed the wax. Highly recommended service for hearing aids and follow up care.

It was the greatest experience by seeing the new Amplifon Audika branch the staff was kindly welcome professional services .good adviser and guidance to follow up. In our age and disabilities we had rest roo. Services , we were tired they offered coffee. Good 👍
