My hearing aids are only 3 years old …
My hearing aids are only 3 years old and to me it seemed that they wanted to sell me a new pair costing over £5,000 or the next one down costing over £4,000, nothing about the ones I had being updated with Genie 2 or firmware. When I got home I noticed that one of the aids had the wax guard missing. They cannot fallout with the dome in place.

Very thorough hearing test. Hearing aids recommended and benefits explained clearly. Hearing aids expensive but difference to NHS aids is massive.

Thoroughly professional hearing test
Fraser had a lovely calm, professional manner and explained everything very clearly. He explained the benefits of the new technology but, at the moment, my present hearing aids are adequate
