I was surprised to find that the…
I was surprised to find that the company I had thought I'd booked an appointment with for a routine hearing aid check up had changed since my last visit! I'd not received prior notification of this and only discovered it when I 'phoned to book an appointment. It would have been helpful to have known in advance!
But I am pleased to say that the staff had remained in post and the audiologist (Reetal) was extremely helpful, calm and knowledgeable. She's very mindful of the needs of her patients, good at explaining the complexities of hearing aids and very pleasant. She's also extremely patient. SB.

The audiologist, their knowledge and attention to detail was most impressive. I have been coming to this practice for many years and without doubt the current audiologist is the most competent and knowledgeable that I have experienced.

5 stars for Reetal Jani, but prices are too high.
5 stars for Reetal Jani, the hearing specialist there - she certainly knows her stuff. I was rather disappointed to hear that Audika hearing aids are only considered to last from 2 to 4 years, and that the newer aids now cost around GBP6,000. Quite an expenditure over a short time scale. My original aids had developed a fault that Reetal couldn't mend and I now face a repair bill of GBP180 for their repair.
