Ad hoc visit to Audika Ipswich

Just went into Audika Ipswich as had an issue with one of my hearing aids. Andrew very kindly dealt with this immediately, even though he was awaiting his first customer and all was resolved. Further to all the other appointments I have had since having my hearing aids fitted with Andrew I have always received first class professional service. I strongly recommend Andrew and this branch.

6 years with Audika

6 years with Audika

I have been using Hidden Hearing (Audika) since December 2020 when I purchased a pair of Oticon Ruby 2 hearing aids following a full hearing check. I had used the proceeds from an insurance claim for the loss of one of my original pair purchased from an online source.

I am now 76 and although my hearing ability has changed very little over the last 6 years, the difference with them in or out is considerable, as my wife would certainly confirm!

The personal support provided by Hidden Hearing in Ipswich has been excellent throughout, including twice-yearly check-ups and speedy action to resolve any problems with the aids. Annual insurance premiums were also very reasonable and covered the total costs occurred due to the failure of an aid.

All-in-all, I could not have asked for a better service and am now changing to an updated pair of aids which provide increased clarity of hearing as well as rechargeable units no longer requiring replacement batteries every 3 days. As an ongoing customer the cost of the new aids is also slightly lower than for those purchased 6 years ago.

I have no hesitation recommending Audika to anyone looking to purchase hearing aids privately.

Annual Update Experience

This is now the 4th year we have checked in with Audika and as usual we were greeted with the cheerful face of Andrew who listened to our queries and dealt with them to our satisfaction. We left with the knowledge that if the improvements that he made were not satisfactory we could return at anytime.
