Thank-you so much for your time and patience. Customer service is excellent and I highly recommend this branch for all aspects relating to hearing/hearing aids.

I have been struggling for a few years with tinnitus and putting off getting hearing aids. I went for a consultation with Troy who matched me with a perfect set of hearing aids within a few days. They have been life changing mostly removing my tinnitus when they are in, I wish I would have went in sooner. The hearing aids also have great connectivity and the support has been fantastic.

A friend recommended me to Hidden Hearing on Allerton Road. I had my first appointment with Troy who was very professional and friendly, he completed a very thorough hearing test, explaining everything to my husband and I as he went along, we both felt completely confident in his advice. I’ve had my hearing aids for a couple of weeks now and already they have improved both my hearing and my confidence, especially in group environments. I had my follow up appointment today and again the service was excellent and would recommend them.

Earwax removal and hearing test, very professional service unfortunately the hearing aids are far too expensive.

I had a full hearing check as one of my aids was rattling. The check was carried out in the Allerton Road branch in Liverpool by Troy. Everything about my hearing loss was fully explained and I was consulted right the way through the appointment which lasted an hour and a half. My hearing aids were set up and are both working fine now. I am very pleased with the outcome and the consultation. Troy is a credit to Hidden Hearing.

Had wax removed from both ears. Hearing specialist Terry was very helpful and friendly, remaining professional throughout whilst making me feel at ease. The wax removal process was simple and comfortable and would recommend using Hidden Hearing to anyone.
