Great place for your hearing aid
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Adrian made me feel comfortable as he was very knowledgeable and answered all me and my wife's questions the only thing that I would say that needs to improve is when the hearing aidbreaks down and you bring it in to the shop it takes to long to get it backi think maybe you should have a replacement that the customer can use till they get back there hearing aid but I must admit sometimes Adrian actually fixes as he knows his product overall I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hearing aid needs and couldn't praise the staff enough

A simply outstanding service
A simply outstanding service. The audiologist, a very well informed and patient lady, worked with me to provide an optimal set of hearing aids tailored to correct my hearing loss in a variety of circumstances. She was both friendly and totally professional, understanding and an excellent communicator. As an OAP total techno-incompetent, I am now successfully altering my hearing aid settings via the phone app and directly via my iPhone to optimise my hearing. I couldn't be more delighted.
