Wonderful company to deal with.
This company is brilliant. I ordered a ceiling speaker system for my new kitchen. I had no idea what I was doing but a phone call solved everything. They were so helpful . I highly recommend them.

Brilliant and fast service. A slight issue with product when received but was dealt with immediately and a new replacement delivered the next day. Customer service was brilliant, highly recommend this company.

Sometimes things go wrong…..
A good company isn’t defined by how they act when everything goes well, and sadly my initial order was lost by the courier company. As soon as I contacted AudioInstallations they got on to resolving my issue.
I explained that the speakers I had ordered were for a church, and the importance of having these parts fitted in time for a practice and a subsequent service. I gave my timescales and they met these, paying for another courier to deliver my order before a set time the following day.
Not a perfect experience, but not really their fault. When it happened they “owned” the problem, understood my needs & timescales, and went above and beyond to meet these. The speakers themselves were great, a good solid product and were excellent value.
Amazing customer service, and my thanks to everyone I spoke with by phone and who responded to my emails.

Ordered an Amp, 5 ceiling speakers and 4 wall speakers. All arrived the next day as promised. I decided to swap the wall speakers for ceiling speakers and one phone call sorted the exchange, and Audio Installations arranged it all with the courier. Perfect customer service! Thank you.

It looks good but unless the cd is pretty much perfect it can’t read it well and the sound “ jumps”. Thats a problem simply because (obviously) cds are old and imperfect. I’ve another much older system which has no problem with the same cds so it’s clearly something about this newer technology
