Exceptional customer service and amazing deals, Max is awesome, highly recommend this company. Very pleased with everything, buy with confidence!

After a small mix-up in ordering a turntable, Max arranged for another to be ordered up quickly. Unfortunately the new TT would have been delivered whilst I was away, so a quick phone call and it was rescheduled to be delivered at the end of the following week with updates given regarding dispatch with tracking number. All this was done without any fuss and my new TT is now with me and sounding wonderful. I cannot recommend Audio Outlet, and Max in particular, highly enough; truly excellent customer service.

Great experience. Max offered advice on suitability of speakers with my other components, and when I purchased he was able to expedite things so that they were delivered next day (Saturday). Speakers are absolutely perfect at a great price.

Found them through Google shopping. I ordered a second hand Ruark, the next day they rang me up to say it had a defect and so they were going to get me a brand new version of the latest model at the same price!! Very pleased with that and the service. It arrived quickly and am loving it.

Next day I got a service call from Max explaining that unfortunately they were out of stock but that they would honour the order with a completely new set.. a discount of 30% of rrp! You really don't expect that kind of service anymore so i'm I credibly happy and will definitely be using them again for my future audio..Many thanks Max.

Absolutely great company to do business with. They did the lowest price I could find anywhere on the speakers I was buying. The speakers arrived very quickly, but when I opened them I realised I hadn't read the description properly and had ordered them in a grey finish rather than the walnut I was after. Max from Audio Outlet was super helpful and understanding and swapped them over for me, completely hassle free.

I ordered a pair of Sennheiser headphones on Friday morning and they arrived 24 hours later, The headphones were as described and in great condition. Audio Outlet has got really good prices and great customer service. Very happy with my purchase

I looked everywhere for some Sennheiser HD 800 S Over-ear Headphones, and came across audio outlet. Unreal service! Quick delivery and customer support was excellent when I accidentally added the wrong shipping address. Really great service, quick delivery and in love with the headphones. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase any sound equipment.

This is surely the best audio outlet in London, in my opinion.
Staff are very professional and friendly. I bought many items from them over the last couple of years.
My latest purchases were Astell&Kern SP1000 amp and Hifiman Arya Organic.

Max arranged for the equipment to be delivered to their store, where I was able to collect it the next day.

I had been looking for a specific amplifier for quite some time and happened to find it on Audio Outlet.
Although I live in the US, they were able to promptly ship the item out to me and it arrived in no-time! It was packaged really well, which sadly isn't always the case with other stores and sellers.
The customer service was great and I'm very happy with my amplifier!
