There were two of the same items in the cart after page refreshed. I did not notice and ordered.

-There was no warning from the web-site about the double order (like other vendors do)
-The amount was directly deducted, not "frozen" until the deal is finalized
-3D Secure did not work

I reached out and received an email that I would get the refund.
Then I received another email that the "refund" would be "Store Credit" I can not spend anywhere else.
Refund means the amount of money returned to the original form of payment.

Their business model is quite clear: keep the money no matter what!

Works as expected: you found smth in the Shop, you can use Wallet Money to get it even less expensive. Or you see a Deal in the newsletter and it's kind of Wallet-Money-Maked cheaper allready so one can pick it up.

I was disappointed that the Plugins aren’t really NKS compatible and require all kinds of workarounds. Will hardly use them. Don’t think I would buy from you again.

Love your deals and software. If I had to give you feedback on one thing, it would be to stay on top of your vendors accountability on ease of downloading and authorizing their products. Did not enjoy my last experience. When you are anxious to go through new sounds for a current project the last thing you want to go through is “tech hell”…
