top-notch audio but bad app and unresponsive user support
I'm sorry to track this: despite the audio quality of their devices is top notch for the price I've spent (used their promotions to get multiple devices: 2 C10, 2 A36, SW-10), they have some issues that are less than acceptable for a brand willing to be appreciated by customers.
1. their app is still very limited and hard to use, compared to what you would expect from the value proposition you are buying. Just check the app reviews in the stores.
2. their user support is really unresponsive. I can tell firsthand, after waiting for a long week to receive an answer on a common issue like the one illustrated in user group threads on facebook, where C10 devices just stop working cold turkey.
I'm open to update this review, but I'm not much confident that this will happen. Not even sure that anybody at AudioPro is taking care of this users' feedbacks.
No Return of unwanted items possible, refuse to reply
Quick delivery, but the promised return and refund were not responded to. Fingers off of this company, your stuck with what they sell you wether you like it or not - which is not even legal when one buys online.

SO angry. Spent over £300 to get multiroom on a pair of audio pro c3 speakers. The information implied clearly that you can play multiroom for ALL your music.... BUT.... YOU CANT...... it won't play you tube music from android.... I've message the company 12 times now and they have absolutely NO interest in any response. Diabolical
Every other brand is better!!
Good sounds but absolutely the worst headache to connect with Bluetooth or wifi. You need the app to “connect“ multiple devices but I hope you have better patience than a log. Don’t buy!!
Terrible customer support from Audio Pro.
This is the most awful customer support I have ever encountered. I ordered a bluetooth speaker a week ago and wanted to find out the status of my order, because I haven't heard back from them since I placed the order. I opened a few tickets, but they simply ignored me. They didn't even have the decency to respond and say anything, anything at all.
Great sound from a fragile products with terrible customer service
The Drumfire sounds amazing, as you would hope for the hefty price. However, the imitation leather outer lining became extremely fragile, to the point that it cracks and peels when handled. Upon contacting Audio Pro’s customer service, they were quick to blame and sent us on our way. Buyers beware.
