Sloppy Service
I had a terrible experience with their service. My Bluesound Powernode broke, and when I took it in, they quoted me the maximum repair cost, saying it had been previously repaired and modified. It turns out they were the ones who did the repair a couple of years ago! When I reminded them of this, they started to chase their tail and claimed the current problem was unrelated to their previous work. They couldn't give a clear answer of what they had actually done to the unit in the past, including this supposed "modification." I definitely don't recommend them.

What a shame to hear.
Our current system does not go back more then 2 years, so the previous repair wasn't initially linked to yours. But as we tried to make clear was that the repair that was done in 2021 did not have to do anything with this repair. Also the modifications that were done by a third party means we can not exactly see what was 'modified', we only wanted the fix the problem you had. Unfortunatly that meant it was a expensive repair.
We would never chase our tail and we try to be as transparant as we can about the work we do.
