I've bought from Reading Audio-T before and have been well advised and guided by Gareth. It is the wise and impartial advice and guidance that I value most in this era of lesser hi-fi stores and questionable online reviews. I have been planning an upgrade to my old Sonos streamer for some time and when ready Gareth was able to offer me an 'ex-demo' model at a discount. I collected it and integrated into my streaming system - Roon managed with Naim Supernait amp, Dynaudio Spec Anniversary Speakers and various Sonos legacy speakers throughout the house. I will continue to upgrade this system as time and finances progress. I will continue to rely on advice and support from Audio-T in this process.

Acoustic Energy ae1002

Audio T always provide excellent…
Audio T always provide excellent service. Nick from the Southampton store listened carefully to my upgrade plans, and arranged Justin from Audio T Bristol to supply and set up my new purchase. This was quite something, as it required a long distance trip. In Justin's hands the set up was safe - he knew exactly what to do, including all the cables and the online app side too. I'm very happy with the service Audio T provided. I have actually gone back to Nick for another item, which he is sorting for me now.

I already knew what product I wanted
I already knew what product I wanted, but it was great having my decision reinforced and seeing it in the flesh in store. I traded-in my old AV receiver and got a very fair price. I got regular updates on the expected delivery date. The staff at Audio-T Swindon are friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. They also make a great cup of tea!

Great service and expertise
I was looking to upgrade my amp and had such a great experience with the team in Cardiff they helped me make a good informed decision through loaning equipment and trying out at home first. I’m now very happy with my new Arcam SA35 and NyTexh phono stage.

Customer of Audio T in Cheltenham for Decades
I have been a customer of Audio T in Cheltenham. and John in particular, and have always received good, impartial advice on Hi-Fi matters for decades. He helped me, this time, in recommending an effective 6-star power strip (ISOTEK EVO3 Initium) and use of an unswitched double mains socket. I have a good 30 year old Apollo Soprano stand with wooden modular legs and glass shelves (weighs a ton). He provided replacement spikes (had lost the old ones) and then some large spike feet to protect the wooden floor. Amazing the difference this has made for improving detail, clarity, bass and tonal quality of singers in my mostly Naim system.

After a long wait for the equipment (not your fault), Max took the trouble to deliver it personally to speed things up. The delivery was not as straightforward as it might have been because of my holiday, but it worked very well.

Expertise combined with patience and courtesy
Recently, I purchased a set of leads from the store in Brighton. I returned later in the day having experienced considerable difficulty in assembling my system. The manager and his assistant were unhesitating in providing advice and in demonstrating how to connect the system

I was going to spend a fair amount of money on a new pair of speakers for my Hi-Fi.
The beauty of Audio T is that Wayne and Tiago at Chandler's Ford branch understand their products and that a demo of the equipment in your home is VITAL to ensure you get what YOU need for your system. Three home demo's of three sets of speakers ensured I got what I NEEDED. It's an expensive mistake to just buy expensive equipment and think the componemns will "get on" with each other.
It's the service that you receive to ensure your happiness rather than just selling reduced price equipment in a box that seperates a HI-FI shop from an electronics retailer.
