Fantastic service and brilliant…
Fantastic service and brilliant products. I purchase a valve set upgrade online for my amp, unfortunately I made a mistake with the address and phoned up to fix it. Spoke to Phil who was fantastic and got it fixed straight away. We had a chat about my amp and valve purchase and he was enthusiastic and very knowledgable. Vales arrived in quick order and have made a massive difference, the amp sings. Thanks Phil!

I ordered amplifier tubes elite package…
I ordered amplifier tubes elite package for my integrated amplifier. The tubes were supposed to be tested and matched. But when I installed it in my amplifier, noticed that one of the tube was damaged. It had a loud hissing sound. Was very disappointed with the experience.

The tube was not damaged, it was fully tested as all our tubes are and it was hissing because it requires 20 hours running in to remove oxygen as with many NOS vintage tubes. The customer confirmed that it ran perfectly after following the instructions so this feedback is nasty and unwarranted. Perhaps he felt a bit daft for failing to read the instructions.
