Poor After Sales one day after purchase

Bought a 2023 Audi A3 last week, pre sale service was great. Had a minor problem the day after I bought it. The sales rep avoided me, the service department did not return calls as promised. Really poor after sales service. I sent in an after sales review, as requested by the garage, recounting my experience. No follow up at all from them. By the way, it is a great car, really pleased with it!

Stoke Audi - please don't use them!

Purchased my dream car (an RS4) approx 11 months ago with one years warranty and I paid an extra 2 years warranty myself. When I testdrove the car and also when I collected it, it made a strange noise from the exhaust for a split second. The sales person said that it was the exhausat value and it isn't anything dangerous or anything mechanically to worry about. I was told to mention it to the service engineer when it next needed a service. Fast forwad 11 months, I had the service and mentioned the noise again. They then confirmed that it was the exahust valve. I was then told that this does not fall under the warranty and they couldn't fix it. I contacted Audi UK who tried to resolve with the garage. The solution was to give me a 50% discount on the £1,500 bill that it would take to fix the car. Total joke and disgusting way of doing business

Stoke Audi Never again..... Shocking Customer Service

Visited Stoke Audi this Monday looking to purchase a vehicle that day.
Lots of Stock on Site so hopefully there was the right car for me?
Walked into showroom & lots of salesmen & staff milling around & was totally ignored! I approached a salesman & asked for assistance & he looked at me as if it was an I convenience to help me. When I said I would pay outright for a car he told me I would have to pay more if I didn't take finnance?
He reluctantly let me sit in two vehicles but was not forthcomming in explaining the features.
When I asked if I could spec one with a sunroof he rolled his eyes & told me I would have to wait a very long time if I ordered one with a Sunroof!
I then asked if I could test drive a new model A6 & was told they had no demonstrators & the one I sat in was in transport mode!
I then asked if he could prepare me a quote & he advised me he wouldn't & I would have to do this myself on Audi website????
I was in utter shock as I was prepared to spend up to 60k of my hard earned money & was treated in what can only described as a very rude & inconvenient manner.
I obviously did not pursue this brand any further & proceeded to purchase a vehicle from a leading competitors brand.
All I can say is this salesman attitude cost Stoke Audi a substantial sale & urge any other customers to avoid this dealership.
The treatment I received Frome one of their main competitors was a polar opposite. This customer service resulted in a substantial sale & I would deffinately recommend the competitor above Stoke Audi every time

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. Spent over £100,000 on a brand new RS6. Factory new, brand new came with scratches on it, stickers left on the car, marks on the alloys, body kit wasn't fitted correctly and the customer services and mangers haven't a clue. When you buy a brand new car you dont expect to have to check it for signs of wear and tear. Issues half heartily dealt with, told theres nothing they can do about scratches to a brand new vehicle. If you are stupid enough to buy a car from these people make sure you check it over from top to bottom. Who would have thought you would need to check over a brand new car from Audi. Second hand embarrassment is an understatement. Would never buy from these clowns again.

Audi Stoke new car’s unreliable Bluetooth

Customer Service in March 2019 was great. That was when I bought my brand new Audi A1 Sportback with S Line extras.
It’s taken two service bookings since then & they have not fixed the car’s Bluetooth that has only intermittent sound available to the caller or the person who’s called.
It’s frustrating when you have to keep chasing Audi Stoke to fix your new car.
I would not say I would be able to trust Audi Stoke with anything more in the future.
