Overall
Overall, it is a great audit software. It would be nice if, in the reviewing documentation section, there was a place for "Suggestions for Improvement" and "Strengths". I found myself leaving the document review section, and going to the "Audit Results" section while a suggestion or strength was fresh in my mind, and filling it in there, then back to review section. AASP audits were the same, so I am guessing that is what they asked for. Great job !!! :)

The program is still a bit clunky to…
The program is still a bit clunky to get used to. At times it is hard to see the 'line' between the question, the note writing box, and the score box. Maybe there is too myuch going on? Maybe a line needs to be added in between questions to help?
Other than that dependency math for element two would be appreciated since that can be a struggle at times.
Response to AuditSoft - To clarify, when in the Review Documentation I find there is a lot going on and would appreciate a line between these questions. I did not take the training as I felt the program should be self explanitory and did not feel value in taking it. I have completed some other audits using the program and feel confident in using the tool so I am not sure the training is needed. Thanks for calling me out though; will definately give feedback again.

Amber Misner, thank you for your feedback. As with any software change the system has new features and functionality that are improvements over previous solutions. We noticed that, unlike your colleagues and other auditors, you have not enrolled nor completed the overview training that was developed specifically ensure the smooth transition to the new system and that addresses the workflow. We will be reviewing your feedback and to determine how we can better support your request - we do however currently have a "line" between question and we also do highlight dependency violation by highlighting them in red along with a tooltip description when moussed over. A support agent will be reaching out to you and please continue to direct any suggestions directly to our support line at support@auditsoft.co.
I find the it to be a strong solution as an audit tool
I find the software to be straight forward and user friendly. I have used it before, and am excited that my new PIR has adopted it as well!
