I ordered two cardigans and both felt cheap, flimsy, and nothing like what any reasonable shopper would expect for the price.
I paid for the return postage to China as instructed. Tracking has shown “Item received into Customs for clearance” for seven weeks with no movement and no refund.
This feels like a setup where the polished website gets you in, the products are low-quality, and the refund process goes nowhere. I strongly advise avoiding them

Product terrible, nothing like description, says it’s from Melbourne but it’s sent from China. Returns policy false, states easy returns however u have to pay for full return to China which costs more than half of the purchase price of product.
Product has no label, the seams are overlocked and looks like it’s been done in a backyard shed.
Ended up accepting a refund that was 40% of total cost - misleading
Don’t ever purchase from this online store - it is awful quality and service
