1000% terrible! Shipment never arrived and was delivered to the wrong address. Despite emails and three attempts to visit the drop off location there was no reply/closed. What is going on? Terrible service. I have no product and request an immediate refund.

This company is a scam.

They show video on their ad claiming that their SSD (solid state drive) is fast, but in the video you can see on the computer screen that they are using a SAMSUNG SSD. I contacted the company to inquire about this, and they did not get back. They see their SSD 1/10th of the market price, which is impossible to procure from OEM.

Do not buy from this company. They changed their name from 'Augenstern' to 'Augennstern' and still operate. They do earn money with delivering 1 cent materials and when you complain, they do not reply or in the best case give you some money back, but never a full refund. NEVER BUY anything from a website if it is based in CHINA, check before buying

the quality is horrible and has nothing to do with the description. The sizes are for Chinese women and much too small for Europeans.To return items, you have to send them back to China at your own costs. The address they provide is very strange . Even though I had a lot of doubts that the returned cloth would be delivered in China, I send it off to get rid of the worst purchase I have ever done to never hear again from Augennstern . Until today I did not get my money back and I have lost hope,that I ever will. Do not repeat my mistake!!! It's just a desaster, definitely not worth the experience.

This company does not even deserve one star! As one other reviewer has already mentioned you believe you are ordering items from your own country and you will be covered by EU refund laws, but in fact the items come from China where should you wish to return any goods you are requested to send the goods back to a chinese address paying the costs yourself and they even mention that the package may go missing in the post and in which case you will not be refunded!! This company is a TOTAL SCAM. Do not buy anything from them. The cut of the dress I ordered was shocking and the material was rubbish.

This company has set up a website that makes it look like it's situated in your country, but in reality it is a Chinese company. Don't buy anything from them, the clothes they eventually deliver is of very poor quality and not at all like described. There is no customer service and they do not respect EU consumer protection laws.

Do not order from this company. After 6-7 weeks waiting time I got my items in 6 different packages from different sellers.Very bad and cheap quality. The Items do not correspond to the pictures. Sizes are different. The colors are far away from the pictures. They don't respond to my emails. You will get polyester instead of cotton. The site looks like it is in your country, but it is China. Be careful there is few more sites with exactly the same items. May be it is the same company. Run away as far as you can from them. Pay pal need to close their account.

Still waiting for items ordered almost two months ago. Tracked until 17th July and then nothing. My refund emails are answered with a request for me to be patient. Don’t go there!!!

Irgendwie wurde ein Artikel anstelle des bestellten ausgetauscht. Müll ... kompletter Müll !!

If I could give less than one star I would. Stay away! You will be disappointed!! That is the only guarantee this company can make disappointment. Maxi dress ordered is barely knee length. One dress feels like I'm wearing a pillow case. One pair of shoes not true to size at all!! Somehow switched out one item instead of what was ordered. Trash...complete trash!!

I never got my order, over 500 euros!!! My mistake for not checking the credibility of this site...... very very dissapointing... despite following up many times the company doesnt even respond..

After about a month i got 5 out of 31 pieces i ordered and they were completely wrong design, terrible quality and very badly stiched! Balance clothes i never received... unbelievable

Ontop the supplier didnt declare and pay taxes at the Swiss birder for the few clothes i received(all horrible quality) and now i have to pay it...

I urge you do not buy from them.. its a big scam

Today i got another few pieces of my order... same story!! Terrible quality, wrong patterns.. i received this becauae i was pushing the company so much... however they still dont want to refund any money for the horrible clothes they sent!!! Unbelievable..

The clothes were of very poor quality and the cut was miserable.One of the dresses delivered was completely different from what was ordered.Please stay away and do not waste your money!

Very poor or not existing customer service, e.g. not even a single reply for the retour service for weeks

I ask you not to approach this company and buy nothing from it. They guarantee delivery within five business days and they charge the money and just disappear. I've been waiting for my order for 20 days and nothing came !! And even though I sent them lots of messages they didn't respond. Just don't come close to them. Unreliable company. I lost 120 euros. Too bad you even lose one euro!
