No star would be better

No star would be better.
Long story story the website order platform is crap. It tells you to put your physical address in the COMMENT section if your billing address is a P.O. Box. Ordered-- failed at bank--a Corporate Bank card I am a company of 27 yeas and my card could charge a house. So I call the bank--they said the CO entered incorrect information causing the kickback. Tried again it wouldn't work, contacted the company by e-mail (no phone number available) and I get back a broken English response saying the card is no good. I then repeat the email with a detailed account of my issue--and I get back "you can't help anything". I mean are you kidding me?! What does that mean? If the rest of the company is like Customer service--God help them.
