My review has been flagged / erased by AL

Hello Trust Pilot,

I've said all there is to say in my original review. To go back and forth -- yet again -- with AL is a pointless waste of my time.

I see my review has been 'flagged' -- and essentially erased. As has another negative review. Could you tell me why?

Hoping you reinstate my original review -- and the other reviewer's experience -- to hopefully help others avoid similar experiences.

Hi DWM, we've already replied to your review the last time, and your last review is still here.

Dear DWM, you returned all the items to one of the airport distribution centers which we don't have any access to get the package. Your first email requested for return due to the sizing issue instead of the quality you described. Everyone deserves to know what exactly happened between us.

We'd love to refund you if your review is based on genuine experience, and we totally understand that you're not satisfied with the shopping experience this time. Most of the customers didn't experience the same situation, because they didn't return the items to the airport sorting center.

My cotton t-shirts and sweatshirts…

My cotton t-shirts and sweatshirts arrived 8 days after I ordered them on a Friday night. They're soft and comfy and good quality. I will definitely buy again. I appreciate that you guys responded me quickly on IG. Thank you guys!

Beware

Not a good experience. They sell cheap items at a really high price such as brand name hoodies that’s aren’t from the actually brand. I don’t recommend you buy anything from here.

Please stay away from this company.

We didn't find any order information from your email and never received any emails from you.

The best way to identify the authenticity of a store/website is by asking the customer service to send product pictures through emails or check out their social media content.
