I was hoping this might just be incompetence, bad luck or logistical issues Convinced now this is a scam as nothing received after nearly two months. If you're interested, the person that marked the only positive review as 'helpful' was Augustinas TARABILDA who is the Lithuanian company director of Bandura Ltd. Look him up on Companies House. Scam! Do not buy
1) The company pretends to be UK based
2) No confirmation of order email or receipt
3) The £100 drum can be bought for £50 from other sellers
4) I tried to contact the company through their website, email, Instagram comments and DM for three weeks with no reply. My instagram comments were deleted without reply
5) I tried to cancel my order repeatedly for two weeks, no reply until I recieved an email saying it had shipped that day
6) No tracking number, website showed that package was in China "ready for dispatch" never updated to show progress of order
7) Drum arrived broken
8) Customer service replies from "Felicity" (clearly multiple people using the same email address) take days and are extremely repeitive - no response given to actual concerns raised. "Sorry for the inconvenience, delays because of covid, have a blessed day ❤️"
9) Requests to escalate complaint to manager ignored
10) I have had to spend £50 to return the drum and they have refused to reimburse me. To repeat: I tried to cancel the order for two weeks and was ignored, received a faulty drum and terrible customer service

This company is a total scam. Never ever buy from them, use different sellers or buy a different product all together as quality is cheap.

Yet another web site disguising itself as UK based. This company is based in Lithuania, not UK, and returns need to be shipped there at buyers expense.
Products are poor to say the least, in fact you would be better off with a set of bean cans and a stick.
Stay away. Do not touch.

This company is not a scam as feared having read so many reviews. I contacted the company direct and they returned my query on delivery with explanation of delays in transit from China. I ordered a drum as a Christmas gift, not realising it would be shipping from China. Obviously had I known this and had the company given a warning on delayed transit then I may have not got this with Christmas in mind. I then read so many negative reviews and was very anxious that I had been scammed HOWEVER THEY ARE GOOD TO THEIR WORD AND MY DRUM IS BEAUTIFUL, IT EVEN ARRIVED IN VELVET POUCH. IM REALLY PLEASED WITH THE LITTLE DRUM, A THING OF BEAUTY AND I FORGIVE DELAYS.
PERHAPS MANAGING EXPECTATIONS WOULD BE THE ADVICE I'D GIVE IN ORDER NOT TO HAVE WORRIED CUSTOMERS HITTING THE BUTTONS WHICH WILL DAMAGE YOUR BUSINESS!

I ordered two drums 27 days ago, and still they have not arrived. Parcel tracking reveals they are coming from China and that the flight out of the country has been delayed for more than a week. Customer service provides no further detail. I had to buy back-up gifts as the drums were intended as Christmas gifts.

Scam, Do Not Buy I also followed their ad from Facebook onto their site and ordered a drum on the 07/12/20 but alas nothing arrived and the tracking link shows delayed at airport. I have contacted my bank to dispute the payment and get a refund from visa.

Don't touch this company with a bargepole!

At least I received a drum but it is NOT NEW!
It took a long time to arrive & when I queried this I got this reply from them ....

"We're a UK-based business, operating from Vauxhall, London. Our drums are manufactured overseas in Shanghai and shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities"

It has obviously been used, it arrived in an old bashed cardboard box that was slightly too small for the drum. When I queried this they denied it.

I have peeled the address label (with my address) off the box & the previous label underneath has a UK address on it! Their T&Cs state that returns will only be accepted if the drum is returned in its original packaging. BEWARE! There was no branded packaging!

IT IS A SCAM! Ordered over 5 weeks ago and doesn’t even appear to be in transit yet! Over £200 for 4 of them!

Unfortunately I fear I have been duped by this so called company, it is Christmas eve and still no delivery of the aum I purchased back in November. Please steer clear.

Please don’t use. It is a scam. They’ve taken my money and no drum has arrived. They don’t answer messages or phone messages. I’ve asked my bank to investigate

Really unhappy. Purchased 2 drums on December 7th as Christmas presents. December 17th still not dispatched according to their 'tracking'. The 'business phone number' rings out to a recorded message saying they're not available and they don't answer messages. They don't respond to messages on facebook (just delete them) I fear this site is a massive SCAM. Avoid.

It’s not my year another company I paid money to for a Christmas gift I paid 27th November and have received nothing. Please don’t waste your money folks
