I ordered a record player

I ordered a record player. Firstly the packaging was woefully poor. The record player was broken. So I arranged a return/refund. Thankfully they provided a returns label. Their policy states they refund between 3-5 days after the returns process is commenced.
Im now 3 weeks in and no refund. Customer service is very poor, evasive and sends you round in a never ending automated reply loop. They will not tell me if they have received the return. Not that this is my responsibilty but the bank requests this information when making a charge back claim.
I strongly advise you not to buy from this company. Read the reviews the issue I had is a recurring theme.

No way to return damaged goods

The Auna speakers arrived badly damaged on the bottom of the casing and there are chips elsewhere. I cannot get access to customer services. The website sends me round in circles and the link on my delivery email eventually comes up with a red flag telling me to contact customer services. There is no number or contract email for them. I did call one number for the company in the UK. I was asked what time I wanted a call back but it never happened. Another number I contacted hung up on me.

Customer service is poor

Customer service is poor, in my case they informed that they could help me for an issue with their own product but they did want to!! Hence they could help but they denied to help! In practise, their products are fully out of customer support.

Appalling company- use at peril

Bought StarMaker Plus Karaoke System in the Cyber Monday sales for my daughter's Christmas present. Half price so a bargain @£49.99.

System worked fine on Christmas day, except for the CD player. A feature which was why we chose this system. Customer service was initially okay, with options explored. Options offered were: 20% off purchase price, return for replacement, or return for a refund and we would need to repurchase.
After checking their stock levels we chose return for replacement.

Return process was slow, so daughter's (8th) birthday came and went. Regular updates has to be requested, then out of the blue on 23rd January I received a cancellation email advising that my £49.99 was on way back to my account Reason given was that they did not have stock.

HOWEVER, after a discussion with customer service again discovered we could in fact buy the exact item but the price was over £200!!!! Online sites at the time backed this up.

Customer service knew that a little girl was without a Christmas present due to this company's lack of product quality and greed. Appalling!

Connect 120 Internet Radio

Connect 120 Internet Radio: Nice product, let down by a poor customer service. The supplied manual describes a different set-up process to the one actually displayed. Wi-Fi drops connection to a mesh network with no option to keep connection alive. Subsequently fails to re-connect. The manual states the keep alive function is in settings, but no such option is available. Customer service response to a request for help was to 'look online' as they could not give any technical help. Not even a query as to what firmware was installed and if an update may be available. As a bonus, the unsubscribe link on their incessant marketing emails fails to load.

Non-existent customer service

I ordered a cd player for my sister's birthday in December,it arrived promptly but was found to be defective when tested,it kept jumping and stuttering whilst the cd was playing.We tried several cds but it was still the same so I went tstalhrough the online return procedure.They responded with an email promising a postal coupon for a courier return despite 3 emails from me and six weeks passing still no progress with my complaint .My advice would be to avoid buying from them if you don't want the hassle and stress particularly of dealing with German firm hiding behind a UK website to complicate matters.

stereo systems to be avoided…

i ordered a hifi system for a good price and it turned up quickly after set up the system kept switching itself off after10 minutes of use,i reboxed in original packaging and started returns procedure,the last step was they were going to send me the returns label which has never materialized and despite numerous attempts at contacting them via email and a phone number that no one answers i have had no response,i have now taken the issue to Paypal to see if they can get a reply.so under no circumstance should you buy anything from this company if you want any sort of customer service.

Fake tracking and lack of legit comms

First issue, you buy from the UK website yet they still ship from Germany. On the plus I had no issues with any attempts to pay import duty when it finally arrived.

On order it advised about 4 days, the order was taken no issues and about 1am next day received the 'Your order is on its way' email. Great I thought, won't even take the 4 days.

I actually thought nothing more about it, hadn't even realised we are at the 4 days or beyond, but a whole week later (order placed on a Thursday) on the following thursday I receive text from UPS to state it'd be delivered between 9.45 and 13.45 Friday. So overdue.

So delivery day, 2pm passes, 3pm passes and nothing. No comms from UPS or Auna. I try the link in the UPS text and it's a dead link, I go back to my Auna follow up emails and try following the tracking via that. Issue here is, it's poor. Some very poor and vague translations into English so no help at all other then saying there's an issue. So I email them, and I'm also now suspicious about this being a genuine auna site given lack of contact, fake UPS tracking and their own being what it is, saying I need some affirmation this is on it's way etc, or I will instigate a charge back.

Nothing except automated emails which are not exactly proof of legitimacy.

I randomly refreshed an alternative way of tracking via UPS other than the text links, and having heard nothing off either by midnight on the failed delivery day, this now had refreshed and said delivery on Monday, but again no offer from either of valid reasoning or apology.

Then randomly it appeared Saturday.

Overall its a complete farce, a furher 2 days later and I still have not had a reply from Auna with either reason or apology.

As much as their kit is decent and works and looks great in my hifi set up, I wouldn't buy auna again based on this service, as my fear is, if it needed to be returned, repaired or replaced under warranty they would ghost you as they are doing in relation to the delivery issues.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They will take your money and make promises that they never keep. Do not use them unless you want to be hit with import duties that they do not tell you about and will not refund. Beware at all costs
