I love my product. It came really fast and was perfect. I also asked for the personalision to be changed and they were very accommodating to my needs. Thank you so much for your great customer service. I would highly recommend.

I ordered an auntie mims personalised wooden shapes puzzle via notonthehighstreet.com in July as a gift for a friend's toddler who had just had open heart surgery. my friend was initially really very complimentary but oddly, after a week, she went pretty quiet about the gift. About 5 weeks later she told me what had happened - within a week of owning the gift the base pieces had fallen off. The toy had only been played with gently in the confines of a hospital bed! She retrospectively added that the pieces had looked of poor quality with dried glue squeezed out of the sides of the stuck down base pieces. On contacting aunty mims via notonthehighstreet I was told they could not provide me with a refund even if I returned the item (which in itself would have been an expense and hassle for my friend who lives 200 miles away from me). I was massively disappointed both with the quality of the product and the customer service. I wouldn't bother ordering.

Absolutely exceptional service. I emailed to ask whether a personalized rounders set could be ordered, made, and delivered by the next day - and I was immediately emailed back to be told that would be fine. When I tried to offer to pay extra for the higher postage cost, I was told not to worry. Very good service - would definitely recommend.
