I've been using Aura Print for a few years now and I always love the quality of the prints. I also really enjoy that things are easily customizable - which is always a huge plus!!

Prompt and helpful service!
After a small hiccup caused by an email which went to spam, sorted by a phonecall, followed written instructions to the letter for design, sent a proof within a day and delivered start of following week, couldn't fault the service, very good and curteous to a fault. Would recommend to anyone, great price too!

DL Leaflet Printing
Friendly service and printing colour quality good (done on litho). However, leaflets received without lamination as requested and variation in cutting position noted. Aura were very quick to reprint the leaflets and correct the cutting variation and the new set is fine. Just don't have the time to follow stuff like this up.
Also to note is that the minimum delivery cost for 150 DL leaflets at £10 is far too high and as I asked for folded (crease line put in) leaflets, I had hoped that they would come folded, which is not the case....

Sorry to hear we didn't get it right first time. From time to time things do go wrong, but we very quickly corrected the issue & reszent new print at our cost. Sorry for any delay this caused.
Delivery is £10 across the board, no matter how big or small your order, that is extremely good value on orders of a few thousand flyers or more.
If you asked for a crease line, that isn't the same as folding, if you let me know your invoice number I can check exactly what was ordered.

Quick, professional and very reasonable on price
The guys are Aura are very helpful. I'm not keen on having to order on their web site if honest because I like to have an invoice as soon as I've placed my order (which it can't produce) unless I'm doing it wrong but on every other respect, first class.
I recently placed an order for 7 PVC banners using their 'contract' offer rate. It's designed for simple artwork requirement but they took it on and saw it through - FIRST CLASS!

Always excellent service
We've ordered from Aura Print several times. In all the times we've ordered - everything shipped on time and as expected. With this order, there was a problem with the delivery company and the product did not reach us in time for our departure to the U.S. Aura fixed the problem and arranged to ship items to us in the United States. Excellent customer service.

Great value and customer service
I use various printers for various functions of my business and these guys are right up there in my top ten. Order placed 4pm Wednesday and was here Saturday am. Which is remarkable considering I'm based North of Aberdeen and we get nothing delivered quickly. Product was great quality and first class value for money. Spoke to the team during ordering process and their customer service was excellent.

Usually great service, bit of a hiccup with new website
Aura Print are normally fantastic - they're my supplier of choice for PVC Banners. Recently they upgraded their website which has a confusing process for specifying the quantity - I needed three banners, but only one was printed initially as I'd entered the quantity in the shopping cart, not the product specifications. Once reported, the issue was quickly resolved and the remaining banners printed and shipped in a couple of days. Just a bit of niggle. Hopefully the website will be corrected and made more user friendly soon.

Its great to see we are normally fantastic. I look forward to the 5 star reviews for all the times we got it right first time? The printing of 1 banner, instead of 3 was human error, not a confusing process so shouldn't happen again. The new site now works on mobiles, so is much more user friendly. Sorry we only printed part of your order, but once pointed out, we quickly fixed the problem and supplied another 2 banners.
