My Aura frame stopped working and wouldn’t power up. I attempted to restart and other potential remedies suggested on the web site, but wasn’t successful. I wrote Aura customer service, and they sent me a new power supply. Problem solved! Thanks so much Aura support.

Paul from Aura was a Great support! We had a glitch in our Aura and had lost all picture rotating. Paul was able to reboot and save all our picture and put them back on aftyer a factory reboot. Love our Aura Frame and so do 4 other family members with theirs.

I had an issue with a frame loading photos. After trying all the FAQ suggestions, I submitted a ticket and I was contacted by Amin in Customer Care. I was walked thru the process to reset the frame, and then Amin made sure my photos were reloaded onto the frame from the cloud. Great service and product!

BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE
I was given my Aura frame as a gift about a year and a half ago. Recently it quit working. Gulzhan tried everything to help me get it working again to no avail. They even offered me a large discount if I wanted to replace it. I had about 4600 photos of my kids and grandkids on that frame, so I was going to do that. Gulzhan came back and said (even though it's out of warranty) they were going to replace it for free. he also offered to help me reload all the photos onto the new frame. It would be wonderful if all companies treated their customers so well.

Aura has the best customer service of any company I have dealt with in recent years. I emailed them and Paul answered me immediately. He resolved my problem, sent me a new wire and my frame worked. Unfortunately, the problem arose again and Paul has now issued an email to me to pick a new frame. This is unbelievable customer service.

I had an issue with my frame and went right to the Support articles. When those suggestions did not work, I emailed Customer Care. I received a VERY quick response with very clear instructions for next steps. I actually had to email several times and each time the response was very prompt, kind and detailed. Since my issue could not be resolved, I was offered a new frame...even though I was out of warranty. Who does that??? BEST customer service for a prodcut I absolutely love!
