I had continuing issues with this app…

I had continuing issues with this app malfunctioning. I repeatedly sought resolution through the available "support" only to receive nothing more than apologies with no action to resolve the malfunction. I was also continually offered a refund. Their policy clearly states is no refunds are given under any circumstances. I pointed this out in an email including a screenshot of their Refund Policy stating no refunds given which they completely ignored. The only logical conclusion is their only concern was the money the received from me when I subscribed. I feel this is just another example of greed.

I am so overwhelmed right now with everything that you have shared about my life because you were 100 percent accurate with all 3 cards that I selected. I felt as though you were sitting directly in front of me through my entire reading!

I RATE THIS APP NEGATIVE 1000 stars

I RATE THIS APP NEGATIVE 1000 stars.
This app please don't get. My email that was linked to my bank account was hacked. I immediately notify the support center and told them what happened. I also said that I would HAVE NEVER PURCHASED so it is UNAUTHORIZED. Got told that it was MY FAULT and NOT THEIR'S , that they aren't refunding me the $44.00 now I am screwed can't get groceries which I would HAVE used it for.
THIS APP IS FRAUD and someone there can hack.
