Great products, great service, great ordering system

First time I've ever ordered anything like this and was completely skeptical - tried more out of curiosity than anything else. Received a phone call almost immediately after placing the order to confirm the details, but I apparently had a typo in my billing address, so I had to cancel and reorder, which led to all kinds of confusion. The order never showed up on their online tracking system, and after a week I inquired about the status. The service rep gave me a tracking ID and a shipment date, and I was able to track the package through customs...took about 10-12 days total, but it arrived and it was....extremely effective. Couldn't be happier, will be ordering again.
