Wish I could give no stars!
Wish I could give no stars!! We were in San Juan and a very pushy sales person came along and got us into the store. I am ashamed of myself for falling for this scam. You’re better off getting Preparation H! The product works but it’s the same stuff that you would find in hemorrhoid cream that tightens the skin only temporarily which is exactly what using Preparation H would do!!. Do yourself a favor walk away say no and don’t look them in the eye!!
Was approached on Coronado Island…
Was approached while visiting Coronado Island in California. The Nigerian saleswoman, Mallcal, corned us on the street and put eye cream on to deal with the "dark circles and bags" under my eyes, I was so taken aback, that she removed my eye makeup, and got me inside the business before I could collect myself and find out how outrageously expensive this stuff is, and get her stopped! I had to ask her to do my other eye before I could leave. The subtle interaction between Mallical & the "manager" was very suspicious and made me concerned she was being trafficked or something. I washed off the product as soon as I returned home. It was dry and sort of stiff. This "spa" used slick and high-pressure sales tactics, obviously aimed at women of a "certain" age, and tourists! Avoid!
Great product wonderful experience
Don’t fall for it
Total scam- they don’t deserve one star. They roped me in a store in San Juan, - the products don’t work, are extremely expensive and there is barely any. It’s a complete rip off and the sales rep who helped me should be ashamed. I can’t believe I wasted as much money as I did on their horrible products. Don’t waste your money or time.
Unless you want to waste 200$ go ahead…
Unless you want to waste 200$ go ahead and buy from this company. Their salespersons are too pushy and rude. Over priced and doesn’t work. Their products are also scammy and you would get something better from hearing from an actual dermatologist...anyone but who sells these products. I looked at the product list and they don’t have anything good for the skin except one ingredient. If the skin care is as good as they say. Why isn’t there more ingredients to hydrate/rejuvenate/anti-age. Scam. Don’t buy.

I would give it less than one star if I could. Pushy sales people claim it's a miracle cream for wrinkles and smear some under your eye and yes you can see an almost immediate result how the puffiness seems less, BUT after a little while it feels like sandpaper and as soon as you wash it off it's back as before. $250.00 for some eggwhite and perfume...............I was lucky to get away from the sleasy salesperson this time.
I ordered the White Pearl Facial Peel
I ordered the White Pearl Facial Peel. It was very expensive. They sent me another product instead. After leaving multiple emails and phone messages, I was able to get a real person. She gave me two customer service phone numbers: one was no longer in service, the other a man that said he would call back, but did not. I called her back. She told me the product was out of stock, but that she would do whatever I wanted to make me happy. My response: refund my money and send me a return postage label to send back the other product. She persisted in saying that she'd like to send me an upgrade instead. I said no thank you. She said she's send me two of them. I said no thank you; rather, just please refund my money. To this day (over a month later), I am still waiting to get a refund. I think this company has a good product, but the company is ran so poorly, you'll be lucky to get the product.
Jillisa gave me amazing facials
Jillisa gave me amazing facials. I recommend the products. Come here for facials she is great!

I was in Nassau in November and a very pushy guy called Claudio dragged me into the store offering me great discounts, even though I mentioned countless of times I had no budget for such expensive products. In the end he was less than friendly. Complete waste of time to be honest...
Staff to pushy
Staff to pushy , very small amount

I was offered for fascial . The room was freezing, so un profissional, even he was smell with smoke
It was a bad experience

I will say that the sales process was a little overbearing. The sales agent tends to be on the pushy side, making me feel very pressured. However, the products themselves seem to be legit. I love how the truffles make my skin feel. I also noticed an immediate difference. While the products are very pricey, you do get what you pay for so it appears to be worth it so far for me. I feel like I am pampering myself and I love how soft my skin feels! I also notice some lifting and tightening difference in the 3 days I have been using the products as well. I would highly recommend that the sales team lighten up a little and not be so pushy. However, I do really love the products!
This is a scam
This is a scam. I spent 250.00 on the cream for lifting. Got home and found there was only a tablespoon full in this so called object which made you think you got the full amount. I can use egg whites to do what this "stuff" did.
Not only was the scam talked well but the free facial was another scam. The lady had no idea how to do a facial.
There is nothing good to say about this company. Gold Elements falls to the wayside. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this joke.
This is a hoax
This is a hoax. 428 I paid. Nothing works. Then I looked at my bank account and they took another 20. out that I did not authorize. Cher at the Downtown at the Garden store said she would not give me the number to her boss. I want All my money back
They scammed me!
They scammed me!
I bought the Aurarius eye treatment while visiting Nassau on March 3. During the salon visit, I felt high pressure from the salesman and should have walked right out. But I thought I'd give it a try to help the skin under my eyes. I'm now out $250 because when I got home and opened the box to begin using it, THE BOX WAS EMPTY! What a scam! I got taken big time. I've tried to contact Aurarius through their web site, and none of my messages through "Contact Us" will go through without saying "Error message." I've learned a huge lesson. Receipt says "No Refund." I've contacted my credit card company. If nothing happens, I just want people to know: Don't step into an Aurarius Salon. Just keep walking and have a margarita or two.
Was shown this product in the Nassau
Was shown this product in the Nassau, Bahamas store where it appeared to work. Was offered a great "discount" price of $150 which I paid for the same product. Started using it as soon as I got home but the product I was sold started to itch & burn after application. I cannot use it now and of course, the receipt states "NO REFUNDS". If they were truly concerned about this product helping people as they seemed to be in the store, they would offer a refund when there are allergic reactions to a product. I feel scammed. Shame on them.
Great customer service for a great company
When I went to the Bahamas I bought there Aurarius Evneo device and the company Avologi gave me several serums, masks, and cleansers - and they just promised me a moisturizer facial cream which they will send. I have had a wonderful experience communicating back and forth getting information about the products
I have. Customer service has answered all my questions the next day.
I haven't had the products very long, but I'm seeing results already.
This is a very generous company with great customer service.
Beware of Defective Products
I purchased the Aurarius Express V Lifting cream after trying the product at the store. While it worked amazing at the store, when I took the product home, not only did it not work, it actually burned the skin under my eye. It was applied as directed on package. This was not an allergic reaction, but a chemical reaction. I tried to return it but was refused a refund. They offered an exchange, but I am afraid to try their other products as it appears they have some kind of manufacturing defect.
