Lack of customer service
The website is horrible. It's not easy to move around. Not being able to call customer service is, to me, not acceptable. I'm not spending $20; I spent close to $1000.

Poor craftsmanship and zero after-sales support
I had high hopes for this lab-grown sapphire bracelet, which I purchased less than four months ago. It was meant to be a trial before purchasing a lab-grown diamond, but this experience has completely put me off.
A gemstone fell out while I was just lying in bed. It’s hard to comprehend how a piece of jewelry can have such weak stone settings under normal, everyday wear.
When I reached out for help, I was told that since it was an international order, the return window is strictly 21 days and they do not offer repairs.
The lack of quality control and the non-existent customer service for international buyers is incredibly frustrating. Buy with caution if you live outside their primary shipping country.
