No shoes, no refund and not a word of explanation!
I ordered some shoes in size 7 from Aurea Valentina on 29th June 2025. They were delivered on 15th July but in the wrong size - size 5. I immediately emailed the company and received a number for my return with no explanation. I took it that it was the number for my return to the address they had given me with the shipment. The same day I sent the shoes back in unworn condition with the reference numbers for my order and return, asking to be sent the correct size. I received notification from Royal Mail that they had been delivered on 17th July. I waited for my shoes for two months and then emailed the company on 17th September to demand a refund within ten days if they were unable to supply the shoes in the correct size, as well as reimbursement of my shipment costs. Ten days later, I have still received nothing from the company, neither a refund nor the shoes in the correct size - not even an email explaining the situation. Don't buy from this company - you may well be left out of pocket!
