Rings are beautiful and packaged beautifully.

I got the tennis Royale bracelet for my wife as a gift for our wedding anniversary. She really loves it. It is a very high-quality bracelet that looks stunning. She loved it so much, she bought herself a matching ring about a week later.

The ring I ordered is absolutely beautiful! I'm wearing it right now and I just ordered another ring in a different style.

My item was ordered in January for an April wedding. It arrived late February and remained in is originally packaging until April 17. Within a few days, a stone has fallen out. I notified Aureline on April 29. Sadly, they're not offer any solution as they claim the issue is outside of the 30 day window for workmanship issues. While their products are beautiful, the customer support (or lack thereof) is of very poor quality. I've since come across another company that I'm looking forward to making my replacement purchase with. If you're seeking a short term poorly made item with even poorer customer service, then you'll be okay purchasing items from this company. I only wish I could post a picture for all to see.

The fact that you're hiding behind your very weak and completely useless policy speaks volumes. The item was kept in its original shipped condition for that period that exceeded your warranty. For it to be worn less than 3 days for a stone to simply fall out, calls into question the quality of craftsmanship(or lack thereof) that you so pointedly referencedin your reply. Also, I clearly stated that I sought assistance and direction from you regarding a repair solution. For the record, I never requested a replacement. While the appearance of your products are very nice. Your customer service and post sales support I find poor and unacceptable. While I hoped to make additional future purchases, needless to say, that is out of the question.

This is the second piece I came back to get.The stone does have a shine. The designed is beautiful. This time the rhodium is better. I would still like a wider width. Some of the picture that I haven seen marketing on their webpage on Facebook cannot be found on the page. Maybe is so out . They can do better with customer service. The customer service is lacking.

I purchased the Équilibre Ouvert Ring in 18K Yellow Gold Vermeil for my wife for Mother's Day. We have been married for 28 years and my wife had not had an upgrade to her original wedding ring. And just to be honest, we couldn't afford to upgrade. Then we saw an ad for Aureline Paris, lab-grown diamond rings at a fraction of the cost. I am a skeptic, so I did my online research and read many reviews. And after careful consideration, I decided I would give it a try. We got the ring and it is beautiful. My wife has not taken it off since I gave it to her. She is very happy, which makes me very happy.

Things to know when making a purchase. All the diamonds are made to order. Meaning, they do not start the process of making the diamond until after you have purchased it. This website and emails states that it can take 8 to 14 days to ship. For us, it was 12 days. They state they will update you on every step of the process, but that did not happen. I got an email that the payment was received and they will start. Then no updates until it was being shipped. They ship items out of China using a carrier I had never heard of. The tracking did not work for the first 4 days. But once the tracking started I was able to see where my shipment was. I placed the order on April 29th and received the ring on May 20th. I am giving you these details so that you will not be worried by the long process and to plan accordingly if you want your ring for a specific occasion. My wife did not get the the ring on Mother's Day, but every day is Mother's Day, right?

I would order from this place again. I am well pleased with the quality of the product.

Gorgeous tennis bracelet. More impressive than other much more expensive bracelets in jewelry stores. Diamonds are clear and super sparkly and the setting feels substantial. Will be purchasing more items in the future.

The items look great. The design is remarkable! The quality is as described.

The main stone is amazing. ....Before I bought, I talked to a retired jeweler and he told me the lab grown jewel would be cut better to produce 'sparkle' because the cost of the jewel allowed for a more precise(sometimes wasteful) cut. I think the stone is perfect !

I have had a positive experience with Aureline Paris. I really like how the lab grown diamonds just sparkle. I wish I could wear it everyday and that it will last a lifetime. I wish the metals were 18k white gold, etc. instead of vermeil. I would definitely pay a little more so I can wear it everyday.
