Aurivita is a quality product, and their delivery time is only a few days. When I noticed last month's delivery had not arrived when expected, they were quick to replace the lost order.

I had requested a adjustment in delivery options and Brey helped me fix the problem.

Feeling I have more energy and all the claims made seem to be true.
Repeat second delivery came within acceptable timescales.

I will let you know by the end of September when I've given a full blood test.
I've notice taking 3 on empty stomach it gives a burning sensation to the stomach and make me sweat. Is that normal?

The first order for Capcaisin was apparently lost in shipment. I appreciated that arrangements were made to replace the errant shipment. Ultimately,I received the capsaisin before I ran out of capsules.

I have finished my first pouch and I'm seeing some benefits and I had been on the subscription but there was a problem with the shipment which Aurivita very promptly addressed and shipped me my next pouch which I received today and glad I'm back on it!

I have seen quite satisfying results since using your product, and I received good response from customer support, but I rated it 4 out of 5, simply because I would have preferred a human instead of AI.

I took this product with food and water at 9 PM, but by midnight, I felt severe abdominal discomfort. I went to the restroom but found I couldn't urinate at all; I went back and forth ten times within an hour. Eventually, I had to go to the emergency room and stayed there until 5 AM. It took two days for the pain to subside. I have a very bad experience with this product

I hadn't looked at email on Friday, but on Saturday I saw that Aurivita was ready to send me another batch of Capsaicin Power. I sent a reply informing them that I was not ready yet for more product. First thing Monday morning I have several emails from them acknowledging my request for a pause. I'm so impressed that over a weekend they would be so responsive. Kudos!

Working great. Feel much better in lots of ways! Surprisingly, I still have problem remembering to take pills with food. You are right for ur reasons to do it that way - I just got used to taking it with morning meds! A question - is taking an extra pill an extra plus ???

How do you give less than one star?

I received my order on July 25th. I was initially excited to try these to increase energy and reduce inflamation.

The package says 'Serving side: 3 softgel' and 'Suggested Use: Take 3 softgels daily with food an water.' I took the 3-softgels recommended dose for 2-3 days with my largest meal of the day and a litre of water. Each time, I had a severe burning feeling at the top of my stomach. I eat spicy food all the time and have never felt discomfort like this.

Coincidentally, on July 26th, Aurivita sent out an email with the subject: 'URGENT: updated dosage instructions for Aurivita Cayenne Pepper Softgels' advising to change the dosage for the 180-softgel bag: 'Take 1–2 softgels, three times daily, each with a meal.'

(Side note: I replied to this email raising concern about the burning and thanking them for the revised dosage guidelines. They responded same day and then responded to my reply to that email the next day.)

So, the next day I took 2 softgels with a large meal and a litre of water. It burnt exactly as the 3 softgel dose did. So, I decided to wait a day and try 1 softgel. And, the next day, after taking 1 softgel, I experienced the same thing.

After confirming the product is unusable and growing concerned that their changing of the dosage in response to "customer discomfort" (yes, this is a prevalent issue) meant that they hadn't done any testing on their product, I emailed them on July 28th to ask for a refund.

Guess what... No acknowledgement or reponse to my refund request.

BUT, their Head of Customer Support, Greg, sent me an email on July 30 asking me to rate his team on the "help" they provided.

I gave them some time to respond, and the I emailed Greg to follow up on the refund request on August 10, and then again on August 14 and finally received this response on the night of August 14:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.'

Shipping would require a trip to the post office and cost me a minimum of $11.99 - and that's without asking for signature to have proof they received it - all for the opportunity to burn my stomach 4 days in a row and then get my $30 back ($18 after return fees).

If you're curious about this product, I'll tell you what I told them: "[Their] high friction refund policy's a good deterrent. Textbook play for a clickbait snake oil get rich quick scheme. Hopefully that's all this is, because businesses that operate like this don't last long."

Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

The product works as advertised and the results have been excellent.Consistency is key here with this product as it’s not a quick fix but a strategic repair for reigniting the natural process.I’d recommend ten times over.

so far so good. I have noticed positive effects after one month and I will continue to nuse the product.

Is a good product for swollen legs and cramps it work for my mom and I but if ya raise price I will stop buying.
